Textbook terrible customer service.
Appalling service & overall treatment of customers! Their new billing system charges you 2×times in the same month for the same bill! Then when you try to get your money back after closing accounts with them it takes a month, when they say it'll take 5days; all they do is give you the run-around & keep passing the buck to avoid having to deal with the matter which should be very simple in the 1st place! Never been treated with such stupidity in my life!
Disgusting business practice, asked the sales rep to check the 5G speed and he said "2nd floor has bad connection so no 5G" even though the area has no 5G at all and was reassured it would activate in better reception. Blatantly lied about all telcos having the same 5G towers. Optus Fountain Gate are all either liars or their employees are pathetically ignorant, and its probably the former just to push a sale.

Only ask them to change the phone which I haven’t opened yet to lower size but they didn’t. I was happy to pay the extra charges. Vodafone is way to cheap and easy to deal.
Zach and his colleague were very helpful, they took the time to review my usage and suggest a better option for me
Friendly but very incompetent staff. Lack of training and got no idea how to use their system or product knowledge. We have 4 mobiles with Optus and got them recontracted few weeks ago. The girl who served me suggested I should swap them over to abusiness plan. We agreed. The nightmare began and my customers cannot leave voicemail messages. Still working through with Optus and after numerous phone calls and case files still not resolved. Not happy.
Awesome customer service and very friendly staff. Zac took the time to go through all different phone plans with me and found what suited me best. He was very helpful and patient. Would definitely be coming back for a new phone!

I am still dealing with the fallout of signing up to plans that were not the ones I requested.
So much time and effort, frustration and anger spent trying to correct their mistakes.
Signed me up to a business plan on a new account which I didn't want let alone could pay for because I had no details or knowledge of this new account to even sign into and took me multiple days and multiple Optus agents to talk to before one actually could help me reverse the mistake.
Signed up another plan to be locked into purchase the handset and can't upgrade without costing hundreds of dollars which was not the option I requested.
Signed a new phone up to two phone plans to pay for the one phone twice. And then had the Optus agent blame us for it and wouldn't refund the months of payments they had taken out.
NO. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Brilliant customer service from Zack and his colleagues in level 2! Made my experience a breeze. Had trouble with my nbn and they went through extra lengths to help me sort it out. Would highly recommend
The help I got was great. This is the best experience from Optus I have had. They weren't pushy or tried to sell me anything I didn't want. The guy listened to everything I needed and gave good discounts where he could.

Went to buy Apple Watch on level 1 store today, spoken with Bilal, he gave the information and price about the watch but he wanted me to sign up by providing the wrong information. And once I got to know the actual contract terms and conditions he lied to me that he didn’t give the wrong information. Just wanted to give you guys heads up be careful with this guy, so dodgy and wasted my so much time.
Extremely poor customer service, i was sold 4g mobile broadband and ported 2 mobile numbers obly to find the signal is extremely poor. Have now teansferred back to Vodafone. I had to wait 30mins just to pickup the phone, which required 10second od their time. I would never visit this store again. What say and what is available in reality are two different things. I would rather pay a bit more and get decent customer service.
Gerald the boss there is a class act. Helped me consolidate all my accounts into one to make for easy billing. Thanks buddy.
The arrogance and disinterest of the staff here is just outstanding. They clearly don't care about sales and would rather play on their phones.

He helped me with a billing issue that he could have very well chosen not to and I would have still been okay with it.
Considering how polite yet straightforward he was, I had to leave 5 star review.

The customer service was so disappointing. The rep was hardly bothered to help us out with our query. Dint even put an effort to work around our options. Outrightly gave us just option A, and was like take it or leave it. Not going to step into the store again.
Very poor and rude customer service, the lady’s staff are so rude. They don’t want to response. Bad experience today I have from the Optus.
I Went into Optus with my partner and had an exceptional experience with Zach, he made us feel very comfortable and welcomed into the store. I would recommend anyone to go to him.
