7402.12.2023 Was waiting 30 minutes from (4.30 pm to 5.00 pm) while store staffs are just chatting with each other. Very unacceptable behaviour I have seen from a optus staff.
Was served by Zach today, went above and beyond to help me. Incredible service and will definitely be coming back here again.
Huge shoutout to Eric Store Manager. We needed help with wireless internet connectivity. He set us up with a wireless modem and answered all our questions efficiently and effectively with no nonsense. Go see Eric y’all. Top bloke. Cheers.
They open a big shop but when you tell them to cancel my sim they can’t cancel it and they give you the number for cancellation and when you call to the number they give you another number to call this number wasting time
Once you sign up, they don't want to ever see you again. Whatever you are there for, they would try to make you upgrade, add new services, sign another contract. Try say no to all of it, you will see the real attitudes.
Many thanks to James and Zach who gave brilliant customer service. Had need to visit store in search of a mobile phone to be compatible with not only a diabetes CGM monitor, but an insulin pump for my five year old grandson. The two gentlemen went out of their way to ensure I received the best possible service, they are a credit to Optus and their families. Thanks guys.
Zac is the best at this store! His customer service is A1 standard, remembers his customers, always so polite and goes above and beyond!
The girl there was so rude. Before she did anything to help with what I needed, she checked my address for all possible addons first. When I said no, she becomes careless and every little thing is a trouble to her. She blamed me for not being familiar with what I have on my account. Have 4 services with optus and being treated like a trouble every time I come here unless sending more money. Will disconnect as soon as possible.
Quick Efficient and Professional, unlike a Big T store next door, that will be losing a 35 year plus Customer slowly but surely. So Yes! Optus, keep up the good work and we will do more business together while others will be doing less.
Myself and my family have been long time customers of this branch and after the recent passing of my Father I took my 87 year old Mother into the store to transfer all existing accounts into her name. The team couldn't have been more accommodating and made the whole process very easy. The fact that Zac remembered who we were and then gave my Mum some money to buy some flowers to put on my Dad's grave site was a very touching thing to do. Thanks Zac.we will be back again.

Was spoken to incredibly rudely and not helped at all with an issue I was told needed to be dealt with in store. Staff I dealt with started swearing at me after I tried to explain I needed to sort out this issue in store. Terrible customer service
Useless lazy staff, refusing to help, telling me things contrary to what online help oat Optus told me.
They did pretty poorly today. Just wanted to upgrade my phone told them straight up I wasn't carrying a credit card.
An hour later I was told I needed a credit card.
Really disappointed data breach poor service over the phone and in person at fountain gate was useless.
I pay too much for it to be this hard.
It got three stars because 1 they couldn't help me and 2 they made me wait but then put some one who just arrived before me.until I reminded them I was there first. Should have only given 1 star for courteous staff.lol

Went to exchange the headphones I had purchased with my new phone plan because they were faulty but they wouldn't help me because they said they don't deal with that company any more and they told me that I had to get in touch with them and resolve the issue myself.
I couldn't believe what I was hearing that was absurd I purchased the headphone from Optus so logically they were obligated to help me since I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I was so upset I just got up and left.
I am so disappointed with Optus my Husband and I are definitely done with them its such a shame such bad customer service and very unprofessional behaviour.
Sales consultants sometimes don't understand the customers needs, one has to tell over and over again, not listening at all! Oops: (
Not recommending Optus for anyone as the service is nothing but scams. The sales team is always in rush to sell their product and when showing, they offer the best deal for the customers but when the first bill is received you would realize you got scammed.
Optus customer's service call center is one of the worst support services as the staff is unaware and highly inexperienced about their products and transfer the call to they're employee when asked a question just for the other employee to pass it on again, and have it repeat until the customer hangs up.
Also the quality of the network (mobile service) is very poor sometimes even in metropolitan areas.
Definitely not recommending Optus.
I had a great experience, even though I only needed to swap an eSIM to another phone. I didn't get a sales pitch, I got a friendly, good humoured staff member help me. There was a short wait, to be expected when busy.
