I spoke with Bilal today and he was very informative. He didn't pressure me into a decision, but provided options for my consideration. Pro's and cons. I had total confidence he understood where I was coming from and what I needed for my situation. We were thinking the same things at the same time and the conversation just flowed. I can highly recommend Bilai as someone to contact when deciding on a new phone.

Very impressed with how well the team at fountain gate helped me today. We needed new sim cards for our business phones and Jarrod and his team were so easy to deal with. Very pleased with the sevice!
I went to this branch to cancel my phone contract the stuff member was very rude she didn't listen carefully even she didn't offer me to sit while I'm explaing the problem

Have been with Optus mobile for a while but have now moved everything across. Was very pleased with the service I received from Zac Bennett originally that I have gone back to him on several occasions for updates to my account. Now I also have another 2 mobile plans for my children as well as another one of my siblings now having his house and mobiles with Optus due to him hearing me talk so highly of Zac. Zac is a real pleasure to do business with and extremely knowledgeable.
Predatory practices and not very transparent. Signed me up for a broadband connection knowing that there were existing issues in the area and now say I have to post my router back in and can't even return it in store. Always ask them to do a check on where you live to see if the service is actually working. Otherwise you'll be wasting a lot of time. Never coming back to Optus
Went to Optus a few days ago, A guy named Zach assisted me. He provided me with the best service I have experienced in a Telco. I was genuinely surprised by his level of service and willingness to do whatever he could to resolve my issue.
10/10 for this guy alone.
Horrible customer service, staff members are not willing to help you whatsoever. Was given a faulty phone and was told they couldn’t give me a new phone even though I had the phone for LESS than 24 hours. Was told it needs to be sent away to “prove there’s a fault” when you can clearly see there’s a fault in the phone. Was told I’d get a new phone within 3 business days, it has now been 10 days and I have not heard anything whatsoever. Staff are not willing to offer any type of compensation whatsoever when that is all I asked for. Will never recommend anyone to go here, horrible customer service and I am very unhappy with the service I have received.
Went to return my lease phone today as the contract had expired only to be told by Zac at Fountain Gate, i wasn't able to as it was past the 3 month time frame allowed. This was despite being told prior to the contract ending when i went into the store in January to return the phone, that it wasn't necessary and that i could keep it longer past the end of contract. As well has being expected to cop an added payment of $240 l had to contend with a condescending attitude from Zac who clearly regarded me as a waste of his time. How frustrating that with the hundreds of thousands of people desperate for work, there are some like Zac with atrocious customer service skills, still getting a salary.
Recently visited Optus level 2, considering everything that is happening in the world right now, I needed to update multiple contracts I was so impressed with the high calibre of customer service shown by Zach, that I will definitely remain a loyal customer and be giving him my business from now on. He was incredibly patient, knowledgable and I didn't have to wait very long at all. I will be telling my family and friends where they need to go!

Worst experience getting a new phone. Phone was faulty and they would not replace it at the store I purchased it from. I had the phone less than 24 hours.
Worst experience. When we went there, the person who was taking our enquiry named SIMON, was very rude, may be irritated. Not answering our questions in a good manner. Was very rude to us.
I have a business service with Optus and have been dealing with Zack the assistant store manager now for a number of years. Throughout these dealings, it would be fair to say, he is one of the reasons I trust Optus as my provider today. He is professional, knowledgeable and has great customer service and unlike other sales personal, he is honest and really tries to offer the best possible option which is hard to find in sales and a reason why I trust his service.
However this is not only limited to me, I have now referred multiple people to Zack (family and friends) who have all given me similar feedback on his service. Cheers mate!

Horrible staff, blaming customer, no idea how to deal with customers and what is customer service. Terrible experience ever. Do bot own their mistakes. I regret to switch to optus. '0' stars from me.
