I had never hired any item of clothing before but had heard really good things about ONS so thought I would try it for a work Christmas ball. The girls are so so lovely and so helpful. The dress needed further altering and were so accommodating to alter it again on the spot on the day of the event - Absolute lifesavers! Again the girls were absolutely lovely and are genuinely eager to assist everyone and take an interest in the event that you are hiring for!
