Disappointed by sizing recommendations, I also rented a dress which was faulty and had tears down the bottom. Wouldn’t recommend this store

I love how this works. So easy to hire a dress. So many dresses to choose from and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Definetly will be coming back again:)

The dress came damaged. When I contacted the office asking for an exchange, they told me to fix it myself.

The girl in the store who saw the broken dress told me to contact head office for a refund. I was only given a 10% discount despite having a hole in the dress.
