Dont use their delivery service, they have dyslexic drivers who dont know how to read business signs, when a business is closed they just dump the goods on the streets for anyone to come by and take it.they promise next day delivery which means 3 days later.when you try and call them they take 20 min to answer the phone, would be far less stressful and far quicker to just drive to your local officeworks store to pick up the goods yourself

What a joke! I called to make sure they have a phone in stock because I was told at another store that they have 6 but I should call and confirm, I told her the name of the phone, she didn't even know what phone I was talking about and she said said sorry we don't have any in stock I just sold the last one today. I called again and spoke to someone else and she said we have 4 in stock. You need to train your staff better and hire people that have product knowledge and are not lazy! Pickup your game.

If I could give no starts I would! The most unhelpful staff that don’t seem to care or be bothered to help in anyway. Will be sure not to return!

The Maribyrnong Officeworks has some of the most helpful staff in the business, one particular staff member Joseph is so knowledgeable in relation to computing and Officeworks products, there is rarely a question that he cannot answer, his direction and suggestive advice always keeps me coming back.
In my mind, the staff of a business such as Officeworks are the most important element of that business succeeding.
I can buy what Officeworks has at other retailers, but I go to the Maribyrnong Officeworks not only because of the service the staff provide, but also for the knowledge they have regarding their products which in turn help cater to my needs and requirements.
Top marks to the Maribyrnong Officeworks staff and for Joseph also, he alone keeps me coming back to that store, a business is only as good as its staff, I know that from experience having run many businesses myself.
If your looking for an Officeworks store where customer service, and knowledge of products comes first, this is the store and Joseph in computing is who you need to speak too.p. S.also Emily, great customer service and fantastic communication skills, thank you

Do not under any circumstances use the mailman service, they lose packages and provide no customer services. Though the staff at this store are happy to sell the mailman postage service as soon as the packages go missing they refuse to offer any help other than provide a number that you can call, a number I had already called as it was on their website.

A package of mine was dropped of in November and has been lost. I have made numerous requests to them for someone to provide me with an update but my calls and messages go unanswered. Stick with Australia Post!

I love this place.i come here whenever i have a spare moment just to admire the sexy employees AKA some chick with rabbit looking teeth i think her name was moanica or moanique or monica. Thannkyou officeworks for giving me wonderful experiences and handy green highlighters:)

Have been printing portfolios for more then 6 years. I walked into Officeworks Maribyrnong with the expectation of the staff being familiar with printing A4 book folios.

My usual printing centre understands exactly what I’m trying to print and gives suggestions to better improve the quality of the work through printing.

I wasn’t aware of the 100 questions just to print a standard booklet.

To add to the experience, they didn’t have an adapter for the USB-C ports on my Machook Pro which has been out since 2015.

Officeworks Maribyrnong was disorganised and not knowledgeable in printing more then a sheet of paper.

For professionals looking to print folios, stay clear of Officeworks.

Plenty of staff to assist, this is during the week @ 11am, can't comment @ peak times. Price beat an item without hassle.

Unprofessional staff. Says he needs to train a staff when a customer is running for the most important thing of his life. Careless. How can such people be in customer service?

Very bad service. I will never come back this office work. The team assistance is not help the customer. I spent 1hour for print, but the machine for self-serve is very bad, can not connect the drive and the mobile as well.
In conclusion, very bad service.

Don’t waste your time! Most useless un organised, unprofessional place ever! Where do I even start you will wait 30 mins plus on two separate days (after giving them a chance) People every where doing nothing? What’s happing your staff need training or get rid of the lot!

Dropped off a file to print - A2 + laminated. Nothing fancy. Was told an hour. Said I'll be back in 4.4.5 hrs later. Still not laminated and unable to do so until tomorrow. I left my number etc with the order. No call etc.to advise me.

Really friendly and very helpful staff. Well laid out store.
The only problem is their dysfunctional printing / scanning machine.
The self service was useless. Waited quite a while for the scan to come through
but it still didn't work at all. Please have it fixed so that no more time will be wasted.

AVOID the printing/binding service!
Been twice for binding and DISAPPOINTED both times. They DESTROYED my books BOTH times and they were very rude about it.
First time my pages were falling out and I made them redo it.
Second time I was recommended coil binding, but upon pick up it was obviously way too small to fit my pages. I complained but the staff member claimed "it wasn't me". That is NO excuse:
1. You don't blame another staff member - you are a team
2. You should, at the very least, apologise for the mistake/damage.
I work in retail myself but this is appalling. Furthermore, VERY SLOW service.
I absolutely recommend you do not waste your time here, because I will NEVER COME BACK for printing/binding (I even gave them a second chance).

The service is getting worse. Simply just want to cancel an order when contact the service, telling me it is "impossible" to do so, even the stuff has not been prepared to dispatch yet. Only option is to go to a store to do the return. OK then, when I went to this store, told me this 2 items I have used. Now I am very curious, since I got these 2 items, I have not even open them, not even take out from the plastic bags. Now this staff, Kat, told me one of them has been used. And then go inside to talk to her manager and then come back, first thing said to me: you should come EARLIER. Now to do customer service, is this the correct way to talk to the customer without asking details? If I do not have a job, then I might come as early as possible. But from the beginning you knew that I held a business account, doesn't mention I wanted to cancel the order as soon as the second day I ordered them but declined by one of your call centre staff. Now you blamed me about this pen as it looked like it has been used but actually Kat mentioned to me it has been leaking ink. Instead of blaming the customer about bringing the item soon enough, you should ask yourself that whether this item has been shipped to me like this. You said it has been used, I can think this item has been sent to me as a used item. When I tried to explain this situation, this Kat person told me to calm down? ! I haven't explain my situation and you shut me off without letting me say anything. That is HELL of way of customer service. Now the whole day good mood has been ruined by this staff and no other manager has come out to say anything. Very shame of this store's management. Have been to this store more than 9 years. The worst ever!

Poor service.
Waited a long time but the staffs are definitely doing nothing around.
I has been told to leave the usb driver for one night just for print out 10pages of A3 which normally only take 5mins to print out in the other store.
