The poor girl in the photo section was by herself. 10 people were waiting to be served and she had to print and pack everything plus train another staff member who was clearly new. Other staff were wandering around while she was drowning. Do better OW. Look after your staff

Very poor customer service at the printing service. Staff named Dayle and another female staff were too busy chick chat instead of providing service. Dayle was too quick walked away before I get to finish with my enquires. I hope my review will be taking on board and improve their customer service. Because, for sure I will go to officeworks again but hate the idea having to go to different store instead of my local store (Marybyrnong)

I printed a self service picture print, its just sayings, it didnt cost much but have to go to counter and stayed in a long que, all photos were provided with other customers but i had waited for so long and got nothing, they said they will message me when the photo is available however they messaged me near their closing time. I came back to get the printed picture but again they kept me waiting for so long that they had trouble looking for it but received last night that it was printed and ready for pick up, i ended up waiting for long again, as i didnt want to come back with having to drive back and forth plus its time consuming: (plus other clerks are a bit rude. I hope this could help improve their service,

Slow to process photos. Unable to assist in speeding process up. Long wait times on phone. They buggered up plans for a friend’s funeral with their sloppiness.

1. Half the staff don't wear masks.
2. The photocopying and scanning service is incredibly slow. Every time I go there's a huge line. Waited 25 minutes just to get 1 page scanned. You shouldn't have to buy a card to self-serve.

I went into officeworks on Saturday to purchase some stationary and the lady at the front, Maread, located everything for me and made shopping easy. She also served me and was very kind and helpful and should be used as an example for other team members

I have just go to Officeworks Maribyrnong. I was in hurry and it was my fault when I run into the store, take the product which is already opened. I was bought the pin for the mission board. The point is the Register who hold it and scan might see it but "they" did not say any thing and still let me bring that home.when I come home I feel really uncomfortable because I can't not bring it back to complain for it.the pack have 20 pin but only 19 there. It is weird for me to bring it back. I scale down 2 stars for the ethical of the staff who represents for the store let the customers bring the opened product home.

I am disgusted with your customer service in general throughout a whole network. I called your 1300 number asking for a help with a product, person didn’t have any product knowledge so they have put me through to your branch in Kings Way.no answer.
I then called your store in Maribyrnong, lady has answered the call with an attitude to start with… she then placed me on hold for 10 min and then simply hanged up.
I was on the phone for a total of 1h20min.
I submitted the feedback via your website and never heard anything back.
Well done for a company who “pride themselves in customer service “ #eyeroll

Very rude customer service. The little lady is always angry at me for asking the simplest of questions. I do not recommend this Officeworks. Staff needs to be revised.

Awful. I asked for a return and refund before the click and collect was even offered.they don't contact you, they still have my money, and they haven't cancelled the order.it's been longer than a month!

Refused to help my daughter with binding her maths notes for her upcoming VCE exam. Why does she have to go into the store? Said to come back Friday at 6pm, however her exam is Friday morning! Just cruel Officeworks

I recently used the online printing service for a click and collect order. I needed the prints uregently as I had an important daedline. The SMS confirmation stated a 5 day turnaround time and this stressed me out. I rang up the store and was blessed to have gotten through to Gloria, albeit after a very long hold (no complains tho). Gloria was very considerate and agreed to help me out by prininting my tiny document right away. She was very kind and reinstilled my sense of community in these tough times. Having moved to Kensington recently, this is my second time visiting this store. The first time was to pick up a go pro 9 for my partner's birthday gift. On both these occasions, the staff have been absolutely great and made the entire process a smooth sailing. I am looking forward to being a regular to this store!

Terrible quality prints with lines down every photo. They don’t answer the phones to rectify the problem either. If you’re getting anything printed here, check them before leaving. Very disappointed.

Nobody was at the front when I attended so i had to walk in. I checked in beforehand and was wearing a mask. I walked in and stopped near the registers.
Deb did not say good morning, told me to get out, asked me for the bar code i was picking up, she scanned it and told me to get out of the store. I literally had to leave.
Deb did not say good morning or anything much. She made rude gestures with her hands indicating what she wanted me to do.
She came back and yelled at me thru the closed door. I went inside, grabbed the parcel and left.
Super rude woman. Everyone is having a Monday morning, not just her. If she can't control herself and be civil she should find a new job.

As we all know Covid-19 has impacted on alot of our instore abilities.
After spending 6hrs trying to reach Officeworks Maryrbyrnong
I got through to 2 lovely ladies one of which patiently and ever so kindly explained the entire process of how to Bind and upload a document.
Thank you so much Sophie and the team, you guys are flat out and yet can still take the time to explain a process online.
Im forever grateful.

Called 3 times yesterday and today. Was left ringing for over 20 minutes each call, just to be hangup each time! Horrible customer service
