Mr. Khan is super helpful & knowledgable bloke around this shop. I’ll definitely prefer to return this shop for him.

Waste of time visiting this store while they are renovating. Half of store is closed off. Can't buy pens pencils note books etc currently. Only electronics and copy centre. They should just close the store and get it done quickly. Now I have to visit a different store instead

One young female worker was really blatantly rude to me at print and copy desk.
All other staff are lovely.

Wanna try a pathetic service. TRY OFFICEWORKS MARIBYRNONG. Ordered and paid online for a printing job of couple of pages at start of the day. Still after 4 hours of wait its not ready for collection. Initially staff said it takes couple of hours to get it done, when I insisted it's already been more than 3 hours they replied it might take around 4 hours.enough to imagine staff urgency and efficiency. Even school kids 14-15yo will be quicker and smarter!

Want the worst click and collect service possible go to officeworks highpoint.ordered a mailing box online its been a week and a half and still havent got an email to confirm my order is instore.i went in store the other day to ask if i could get a refund and change the box over and was told simply they cant do that you have to wait for your order to arrive.seriously taking 1 and a half weeks for a cardboard box to arrive in store, an absolute joke

I love Officeworks as a company as I love stationery. However I will stick to shopping online. The front counter staff at Maribryrnong on 24/3 were lazy, unprofessional and offered no explanation as to why they were stood in front of their registers with no effort to process any sales. Two of them did spend a good while having a personal conversation with a customer. A small amount of communication would have been lovely, e.g "Be with you in a minute" rather than just ignoring the growing queue. Another staff member eventually opened a third register.

I don't usually write reviews online, nor do I have unrealistic expectations of retail staff as they have an extremely difficult job, but I was quite baffled at the obliviousness and rudeness of these two staff members.

Charlotte was amazing and a wonderful help!

She helped me pick out a laptop and knew a lot about their products!

Came in for a click and collect pickup and an update on another order, tried phoning over the last two days but no answer (due to the lines being down as I found out in store)
Lady at counter with dyed red curly hair was very rude and frustrated, was no help at all and flustered when I asked a few simple questions which I still didn’t gain clear answers to. Gave me a nasty side eye on the way out, my friends and I disappointed with the service we received.

Only giving 3 stars due to the warehouseman who was nice and friendly.

Customer Service is clearly lacking. Inspecting a white bin on the sales floor (no product display) with no service around me. Thankfully I did take the bin out of the box because two out of the three on display were dented. Rather than asking me if I required assistance an elderly man with a bald appearance came rushing down the isle like I was being watched on camera footage announcing that "due to COVID" I could not open boxes. Then continued to watch me put the product back in the box only then walked away.

2 things
- why was no service offered. Staff member should have asked "Is there something further you need to understand about the product? " Can I help you at the very least.
- 2nd can I please point out based on your logic that you have a massive conundrum because there are so many products out of the box and on shelves at office works and due to COVID as your staff put it, all these products should be in boxes.

Please confirm when all your products have been placed back in boxes and I will feel safe again to shop there. Phew. I'm glad I brought this to your attention. It may be just the maribyrnong store that has products out of the box but best check due to COVID that all your stores have taken the appropriate action and put everything behind glass so no human hands can touch them and also so no human sales staff can not help the customer. AGAIN!

Officeworks is a very professional establishment. The customer service is always on point. Staff are very knowledgeable in regards to the products in-store. I've always had a memorable customer service satisfaction experience at the Officeworks stores I've visited, whether it be for copying, photos, banners, products, it's always a pleasure to visit.

Igor is the man to see once you come to Officeworks Maribyrnong. He is very helpful and polite. We came in looking for a gaming/office chair and ended up walking out with one thanks to Igor's knowledge on the range of product's. He was very patient with us and very honest with the question's that we had.

The manager was really helpful with my printing that I originally stuffed up! Really appreciate his and Alicias help today.

Officeworks offer a wide range of products at an-amaing value for money. I also like the staff and their demeanour.

I have used the online printing service twice and both times they messed up the printing job. I thought I had made a mistake, but after spending 45 minutes decoding the printing jobs I realised they messed it up. No one answers the phone so no way to rectify the problem. Very disappointing.

Why are you constantly hanging up on calls! So unprofessional. Ive called 4 times from 1.50pm today until now and each time you have hung up. Either staff dont know how to answer calls or just cant be bothered. Your lucky you all have a job so answer customer calls!

I came in at 1: 20pm 4th August 2020. I was trying to find stamping refill ink so i asked one of the staff named Debbie for direction which she responds with annoyed attitude saying aisle 5 and I went to aisle 5 and it wasnt there. So i came back and asked again " I dont think you understand what i want, i want ink for stamps" she responds " i know what ink is" so she tries to show me where it is and then one of the other staff said its actually on aisle 4. So she goes to aisle 4 saying " this is ink, this stamps" as if i dont know what they look like. And she didnt even take a minute to apologize for giving me the wrong information. Now i dont know if she is generally rude or did it brother her that i asked question which by the way its her job.

Please respond i would love to report her. We dont need uncultured people like that in this world.
