Officeworks Coburg

I printed $40 worth of A4 prints. They were handed to me with lines through all of them. I had to wait an hour for the re-prints which their staff handed over with exactly the same problem. I got them printed at KMART no trouble at all.

I have explained to one of the staff what I need to print and he simply walked the way!
I told his colleague what I need and he pushed me away saying be on the side till I could serve someone else then I will check my email! And ignored me (waiting there for several mins)

Went here for school supplies, came out with so much more! They have everything from pencils to pictures frames and printers, and are at a really great price too! Come here for any work or school supplies, they got you covered.

Terrible service, Paula is just rude, disrespectful all what she cares about is a ciggy and having her break while people are lining up in the queue. Very unprifessional by service 4 times to scan and send some documents. Another lady was totally ignored and left coz nobody cared about her enquiry. Sorry customers Paula needs her nicotine dose.

Only putting one star as I had no choice. Customer service seems to be a genuine problem here. Standing in the electrical department for ten minutes with no service, it wasn't because there was a lack of workers or they were busy, there were plenty walking around aimlessly; when walking with no purpose at least have a piece of paper in your hand, that'll make you look like you are doing something. After finally being spoke to it was then I realised not being spoken to at all would've been better. The workers attitude resembled someone that just didn't care

I literally live across the road from office works everytime I go there the customer service is shocking. For example I just left then and refused to do my mail there as I walk up to register where attendant is "good morning, how are you doing? " Attendant replies "I'm not on register and it's not open" ummm okay. Good day to you, I just turned around and left. I've had a few Incounters like this

Nice staff but they seem rigidly locked into their own departments and unable to give assistance (even if not busy) to another department.

Decent office works, I primarily use them as an ATM when I want Chinese from across the road, but I’ve also bought a desk off them which has been a good purchase. But the ATM aspect is a win in my book! 5/5 for atm capabilities.

Amazing staff here! Had major problems getting files from my phone to their email and Kirstyn and Zelda were so helpful! Thanks girls!

Absolutely gorgeous staff, especially a girl named Dee. She was fantastic, helpful, very sweet and quick and easy to deal with. 5 stars for customer service!

A reasonable Officeworks. Not the biggest or most well stocked, but reasonably well stocked for the breadth of their range.

'LOZZ/Lauren' the MANAGER of COBURG officeworks (now leaving for Preston) was excellent when helping with our printer issue. She has exactly what it takes to be an outstanding manager.
