I went in to print photos and was confused as to whether or not the service was available (printers taped off due to covid-19, but thought I may be able to request it at the counter).

The line for the counter was very long. I saw a gentleman leaning over a trolley looking at his phone and he appeared to be in the uniform. I apologised asking if he worked here and when he confirmed I went to ask him about the printing status.

He interrupted me and yelled that he was finished for the day so no he didn’t work here so find someone else.

It would have taken the same amount of effort to say no we aren’t printing, only online. I’m finished sorry but the front desk can give you info. Or I’m sorry I’ve finished, if you approach another staff member they will be able to help you.

Shame, usually the staff at officeworks will go out if their way to help you.

Absolutely appauling. Ive ordered Monday expecting delivery Tuesday and called all day yesterday, couldn't get through to anyone. Today I'm calling again, still no answer! Where is my $300 delivery! I'm trying to run a business here! I'll never order from you again

My home delivery was late. Waiting all day.
It came later next day.
Help desk is great. But I think the delivery people should be docked if late.
Do not like the ordering online. It is slow and makes mistakes. Dont online shop with office works if you are in a hurry. Go in store.

Very bad customers service from a guy. We been going to this store for last 4 years but this is the first time we did experience " we were waiting in front of laptop and the laptop was lucked and did request to unlock he did came in but did put wrong password and we did request again to put password and he did put the password and again the display was not working then we request again for help but he did souted us in front all the people. His name is Aidan".

I have never seen this rud staff in my life time.

Why have a number online, If you guy's don't bother answering? I called 5times and patiently waited 3minutes per call & yet no answer. All the reviews below are on point, Don't doubt any of them! Absolutely poor service!

Bought a 20x30" stretched canvas from here, painted it, only to find it wasn't 'square' (each corner a 90degree right angle), and was then useless. Spent hours painting it for my graduation, and then wouldn't fit the frame. Lesson learnt to check myself, but very dissappointing such a large retailer sells canvasses like this, I shouldn't have to check, they should be square to start with. Poor quality products, I won't be buying canvas from Officeworks again, even if I am desperate.

Service is below average, when I purchased the wrong headphones today and returned them within 5min, I was given a lecture by a rude male staff member how stupid I must be to have purchased the wrong ones. I asked to exchange but didn't seem to be an option. I later returned without any drama at another officeworks.

Had to wait 20 minutes at the counter to get 3 printouts, with two people working behind the counter. Very disappointing service.

Two people can easily serive the customers if they are willing to do it.

Pathetic, only one person to carry out print functions and binding services for a massive queue of people. Meanwhile, 2 customer service personnel manning registers off to the side doing “nothing” and a customer service representative standing at the entrance to greet you hello. Pathetic

Worst service ever and big cheaters.i paid for new Epson thermal printer on 9/06/2019 around 5 pm and when i open pack it was used and full of finger prints and scratches inside, no electric adapter. When i went to return, one lady staff was acting smart. Finally they said they don't have another box so they gave that.
Just wasted my time and effort and at least they should feel shame for selling used thing.worst experience and never trust them.better check in-store before you checkout otherwise there will be bundle irritating questions to hide their fault.

BEWARE! WHEN YOU COME TO OFFICE WORKS TO PHOTO COPY DOCUMENTS, IT WILL BE HANDED BACK TO YOU OUT OF ORDER AND RIPPED, Seriously your staff need to get there ACT together. TERRIBLE SERVICE. MOST Usless, Disorganised Unprofessional PLACE EVER.

Very helpful printing service. The staff are friendly but are usually super busy. I have done printing jobs several times here and found the staff always friendly.

One stop solution for all your clerical needs. I doubt there is anything that you wouldn't find at officeworks and this one (Coburg) is not very busy

Fantastic customer service from the Coburg Officeworks staff - especially Aiden and Ling. Both assisted me with the return of a faulty headset and made the process as seamless as possible. They were friendly, genuine and excellent. They remind me why I love to shop with Officeworks and will continue to do so thanks to great people like them.

If I could give them 0 I would. Horribly understaffed for a Sunday. Printer stopped half way through the job, took over half an hour for someone to finally fix it. Many people standing around waiting for help.

Friendly and helpful staff. I needed to change a piece of a desk with a factory defect, and they found a spare for me with no delay.
