Officeworks Coburg

My delivery was supposed to arrive at the Coburg branch today. I called after 5pm to follow up whether the item has arrived for collection yet. I was told it “will probably arrive tomorrow”. No explanation of professional stakeholder/customer engagement and offer to follow up etc
I’ve spent a lot of money at this store and officeworks but am getting more disgruntled.
Decided this is the last transaction with officeworks. I will give my money to small more expensive stationary and art shops where the customer still gets a service.

Worse customer service, a few times from the same girl, very unprofessional. She needs to be replaced immediately. Never coming back to this store again.

I called the store to ask if they print leaflets and stickers. A male said yes I just need to bring the files and it will be ready in 1-2days. I drive 20min an girl in the printing area told me they don’t do it in store and I need to order online. She also give me wifi password that didn’t work.

I do that know the name of the employee but one of you was trying to make everyone’s day as miserable as her’s…

Have been a customer for years at the Coburg Gaffney St store and the staff are friendly and helpful especially Dee who is always greeting customers with a smile and great service, Dee is the reason I keep coming back highly recommended staff member for all your needs

Very good customer service. I did not get what I wanted which was micro usb pendrive but I was looked after without wasting a single second. Definitely use this officeworks for future needs.

Called the store regarding poster printing and they said it’s gonna take 20min so, I went to the store, a lady in poster printing section told that the poster printers are lined up and need to wait for atleast 1 and half hour for printing. I told the lady that I got baby in the car so, I called and arrived to the store and she recklessly answered that she can’t help. Another gentleman who was serving someother customer said they need to wait for 10 min for poster printing.
So, I went into the car and requested my husband to try his luck with that gentleman in printing section. And guess what! He took 5 min to print the poster.
This reckless behaviour is not acceptable.

Wanted a passport photo taken (digital). Spoke to staff who emailed me undersized photos 56KB and similar, twice, and after spending over 30 minutes on the phone, no luck. Now, I have been asked to go back into the store to take another photo! It cant be rocket science to send the original photo (in MB) taken on a flash Cannon camera. Now have to get a refund on the product as it was not fit for use!

All I wanted something that can browse and steam, I brought a HP laptop demo it was very slow and didn't respond. I spoke to someone over phone they told me bring it in. IwasI happy to replace it for something better. Instead i got some young kid with arrogance that didn't wanna honor some other sale reps price that was given to me.

Just get photos delivered, it's like 5 bucks and you don't have to wait for the "staff"

I had the most horrible experience at this store. I had officeworks gift vouchers given by my company with which I wanted to buy an Ipad. I was told by the manager Rhiannan, that they do not accept the gift vouchers. The manager did not give me any reason and simply declined my gift vouchers. I had to call the head office customer care who rectified the manager’s rude attitude towards a simple purchase. It took me 4 hours to buy an ipad in the store and go through this hassle without even an apology from the manager. I will also ask my company to remove officeworks from the employee benefit program.

Almost all of the self serve photo computers are broken. The card reader didn't work for payment. The receipt printer did not work. The receipt didn't scan. The printer ran out of paper and ink and no one knew how to refill it. They still took my money and said they couldn't refund me even though they couldn't print my photos. What a disgrace!

I went with the intention of developing some photos. I lined up to use the self service system, which was out of receipt paper and the eftpos machine was broken. This required me lining up again at the counter, (where people liberally pushed in) when I was eventually served and my receipt printed, I was directed to line up for the self service machine to find my receipt wasn’t a self serve receipt. This required another line up. Needless to say, not a stellar experience.

Rayner provided us with exceptional customer service.
We had a wedding coming up and needed all of our stationary needs printed at Officeworks.
A few days earlier, we were served by a lady who looked like a supervisor for Customer Service. Unfortunately, we did not have the greatest service - as this unnamed individual was rude and very unattentive to what we were asking for.

We visited our local Officeworks again the next few days, and were served by Rayner. These 5 stars are for Rayner and the exceptional customer service provided.

Rayner truly went above and beyond. He understood the assignment and the importance of getting our stationary requirements printed to an exceptional standards.

Rayner was patient, attentive and understands how to deliver exceptional customer service. To the management of Officeworks Coburg, please pass on our sincere thanks to Rayner for helping us print our custom design stationary, and for showing complete empathy and compassion for our special occassion.

They take long time to print copies I waited for 20 minutes on the line and there many customers on the line they waste my time don't waste your time there go for another officeworks

The service here is absolutely appalling. Was served by a few staff but Josh was rude as all hell.

Got my favourite pen from here.

I used it to write an essay of a letter to me ex-husband for closure. Unfortunately I got the address wrong and it was return sent back to me.

Still use the pen to this day.

Poor customer service! Not trying to be racist. But the Asian lady staff there is the worst. I was just asking about photo Id service, and gave me such a rude look and bad attitude said it’s it not available. Not even looked at me while we were talking. Before one second ago, laughing and talking fun with colleagues there! Don’t go to work if your can’t manage this kind of job. Not recommend at all

I recently visited Officeworks Coburg Store, Melbourne. I was unsure if I should go in for Airpods Gen 2 or Pro. We asked for help and mentioned that we have few questions and it was for the first time where the rep Josh jumped in and said he will be happy to answer as many questions we have. This was the excellent customer service we ever experienced. He answered all the questions and within 10 mins we were clear which Airpods to go in for. Josh was very helpful, courteous and 10 /10 star for his excellent and go beyond service. Thank you Josh.
