The stuff they have is gd but for delivery wise, when they run out of the stationary the customer wants for delivery can we actually get the option to say if we want to wait until they restock it and end up with something completely different

The staff are nice but DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY. This store is terribly understaffed. If I ran my business like this guy does, I wouldn't have a business. Why bother to offer services of your customers can't access them? Pt more people behind the service counter. No wonder everyone's going online. Dunder Mifflin at its finest. Are you listening, Michael Scott?

Excellent friendly staffing services very clean yes they have everything for all ages so easy to get there and much more in the area.

The worst Officeworks that I've ever been to. There's no customer service. They're not friendly and helpful at all.

There is no any good desk which we were looking for it.
Also we should have bag unless we have to pay for reusable bag.

Wow, the customer service is friendly helpful and fast. Congratulations to Martin, Melissa, Vesna and the team. It's busy because they have such a huge range of back to school supplies. Lots of great specials too. Like A4 folder books for 50c. Not sure how long they will last at that price. Even though they are busy they are still calm, helpful and smiling! Well done Officeworks.

Disappointing day. Airport West office staff is generally okay except Vesna. She is rude and have attitude. Few times I noticed her she was very rude to me. I don't know may be she doesn't like me - I don't like to throw the racist card and blame someone but I felt really upset and treat badly in my opinion. I don't know the procedure that how I can complain about her to the management of office work?
she gave me a real hard time and pressure. I had few things to print and bind. I even told her if I am making you delay please serve the other customers but there were non at that time. May be I am not that much valuable customer for her or she may judged me according to my appearance or clothes. I really felt bad and disappointed. I hope office work can train their staff well and select nice people not like angry, rude staff member like Vesna. Everybody deserves a respect and dignity.

The first person I spoke to when I got to this store seemed quite bored and wasn't overly helpful, but the second person was great - friendly & helpful. Another time when I visited, only one of the instant print photo kiosk's was working, and the area was quite busy. There was no-one around the kiosk's to offer help to the people who didn't know how to use them which was preventing other people from using them and making the whole process much longer than it needed to be.

The well worn line in this store is "this is the only one we have left".
Unprofessional. Employees vary between polite and downright pig headed.

We went to JB Hi-Fi instead and got a better deal.

Avoid this lot.

Very impressed with the customer service provided over the phone today. Spoke to two different people and they were both extremely polite, patient and helpful. Highly recommend.

I have been waiting 15 minutes on the phone only to have the phone closed on me while waiting service is terrible not happy

Typical Officeworks store. Staff are fine and know where things are, sometimes things are out of stock but they'll order them in for you with little fuss. Dunno what all the complaints are about.
