Officeworks Airport West

A big thank you to Katherine who went above and beyond to get me what i needed. Thank you Katherine, your help is truly appreciated and you saved me a great deal of frustration!

Rang two stores numerous times Airport West, Taylor's Lakes and no answer. Then I rang the Maribyrnong store but I couldn't get any info and was asked to call the 1300 number which diverts me back to one of three selected stores again I rang again no answer. This isn't the first time this has occurred either.

Was also overcharged in my last order and have yet to be refunded

With times like these and being on stage 4 restrictions you would think that they would have more people on thier call centres since you canr go into stores or even call your local store. Have been trying to call the 1300 number for 3 days straight for over an hour at a time with no luck. When I gave up and sent an email, the responce back is we will contact you within 5 business days. Was trying to get a pice beat but the special will be over by then.great service they promote!

I checked the web site for HP printer cartridge stock which showed limited or in stock. I went the store and virtually all HP cartridges are out of stock. What a wasted visit. Why don't you keep your stock info updated.

Worst experience ever, they have 2 people working the paper works, which has a line of plus 10 people, and then 4 staff standing there doing nothing behind checkout, common sense people

You have to wait longer in line to print something off than you do at Centrelink. There are 6 staff members behind the counter, 4 free computers, and for some reason only 1 of the computers accepts USB? If you're going to run a printing service wouldn't you assume that more than one of the computers work?

Excellent customer service at this Officeworks store, being my closest; the staff are always polite, knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. If they don't have the product in stock, they will readily check other stores, to limit your travelling. Thank you, great team work and management.

Mailman not available - but the website says it's there. Fix your website. A waste of time driving here as no staff seemed to know what was going on. Had to drive to another branch instead.

Only purchase paper from this store as frankly you can expect product knowledge from staff.

The staff in print and cope have always been extremely rude. Customer service needs a massive improvement.

I just wanted help with printing photos for my pasporrt the assistant was of no help at all. Rude and arrogant. Never going back to the Air port west officeworks. And after waiting for 30 minutes they told me that their machine is not working to print my pictures. Telling others about the lack of service. For not doing the that match work stupid service and lack of coustmer helping

Worst customer service was in a hurry knew what I wanted and kept getting sent to the wrong aisle constantly had to interrupt staff members personal conversations to go back and forward in the end I had to ask can you just show me where it is as I’m in a hurry, finally got what I wanted then there was no staff on the registers.

Pathetic. Wanted an upright banner but they gave no template to use and no staff to supply this service. You have to go elsewhere first. Why bother

Friendly staff, easy to navigate store, and good location near a tram stop. There is this one guy in particular who is so friendly and cheerful, who has always usually been hovering around the door greeting customers or helping out around the computers every time I’ve been there.

Such poorly trained staff. No concept of efficiency what so ever. How many people does it take to print a photo? Apparently the whole team. Compared to Yarraville the staff here are pathetic.

Popped into Office works - Airport West to print off a school assignment - magazine. Andy guided us through the options of paper, layout to bind or not to bind. Went for the magazine layout and my daughter is super happy with the result. Thanks Andy!

Now I don’t normally leave a rating but When i went to Officeworks in the morning to get a scan and the counter staff was very rude.vensa or what ever her name was treated me like I some kind of retard.

I enjoyed my experience in this store. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. You can find whatever you are looking for with the cheapest prices!
Ordering online is the solution if you didn’t find your item in the store on the spot.
