Huge shoutout to the gentleman with red hair who copped a tirade of abuse because a lady was seemingly angry about her photo resolution (which he obviously can’t fix given it’s a user problem). Massive props to him for his enduring patience and professionalism

Waited my turn in line for printing today, instead of being served when my number came was made to wait while the person that came after me got served. Poor form

Going in store for my much needed desk chair resulted in not purchasing one! Chairs seemed as though they'd fallen on the freeway! If they can't handle store sampling how can they handle being sat on at home/ office! Absolute worst effort ever!

Excellent work from Ella, whom had plenty of patience with a few tricky issues. Great shop for printing from phones.

I came to airport West Officeworks for the first on Wednesday and the lovely girl at print and copy was very helpful and friendly, her name was jasmine and she made my experience worth my while.will definitely be coming back.

This is about office works carpark an loading dock at the rear. Its a bloody disgrace every time i walk through the place the amount of rubbish.plastic receipts shrink wrap cardboard everywhere. Regardless if customers business or from 10 blocks away never i see office works staff do duty of care or at least for environmental efforts or just have the front of store looking good upon entry. Really not hard

Products in the wrong location but charged the price it scans at. Unsure how that actually works & if that’s legal. The entire stock of that product was in the wrong location. It wasn’t like a customer put a single on in the wrong spot.
Maybe stock your shelves properly to stop the inconvenience for the customer.

Came in a rush to print some photos and Sophie was highly helpful with getting the whole process sorted in time! And just before close too! High satisfied:)

Sadly, I am regularly disappointed after visiting Officeworks. I have tried to use their self-printing service on multiple occasions and each time there has been an error with the machine or issues with connections leading to long waiting times and incorrect printing being paid for. It's also an on-going issue of not enough staff or just extremely slow service when it comes to needing assistance in these cases and waiting anywhere from 15-30mins to have someone help resolve. Hopefully this is something that can be improved as it's been an issue for quite some time.

Waited in line at print desk for over 25+ minutes, until i had to ask what the hold up was, lady told me the printers weren’t working & to use self serve desk, no assistance, no help, while 6 workers walking around pretending to look busy.

Office works have plenty of staff available. They need to have more counters open serving the public. I do not believe that 2 counters are enough. Customers can have “complicated” printing request which only means that wait times for the other customers queuing are longer than what I would say is acceptable.

The lady in the printing section was kind and guided me very well - overall, the experience was great

Fast, easy & cheap to get a couple of pics printed out & pick up an online purchase. No complaints, plenty of praise.

Half the copiers were broken. Not enough workers for the amount of customers. Lines moved slowly

Went in to buy a printer. Was told they did not have stock, Highpoint "might" have stock. Asked if they could call to check and was told by staff that they would have to find a device to call on, and that the number they would call, would be the same number I would use, and I would probably be best to do it online, anyway. What a disgrace.

Johnny has the worst customer service ever. After going out the back to get something he came back and said I can’t find it. I then said can you get somebody else to find it then No service at all.

A1 customer service and willingness to genuinely help. Stefan, you’re a rockstar mate! I’ll definitely make this my preferred store now.

Officeworks’s are great, if I need something stationery Officeworks’s will have it.

It is so good having the store open again after the Covid shutdown.
