Doctor Effie Frangoulis is an absolute superstar. Very thorough, understanding and caring! I highly recommend her and I'm so thankful to have found such a great doctor!

Receptionist told us that we were next to be seen. 40 minutes later.still had not been seen to. Don’t bother if you care about how you spend your time.

The manager and staff are very efficient, helpful, and friendly. They are ready to take the time to assist with any problems.

Sucks, made appointments at 2: 30, arrived at 2: 10, waiting for 35min and still no doctor. What’s the point making appointment anyway?

So I had an appointment with Dr eze at 10am, I was waiting for 25 minutes, so I asked the reception if he was going to take longer, well what do you know he wasn’t even there!
Not only did the receptionists bother to inform me, the Dr didn’t even show up until 10.45, luckily they put me with another Dr because I would of kicked his face in!
Disgusting! Don’t ever see that Dr he’s unprofessional and pathetic

I recently changed clinics and have been very happy with the service given. The reception staff have been very responsive and courteous when answering my questions. Doctor Effie Frangoulis has been very professional, knowledgeable and exceptional. She will happily listen and answer all my questions and never makes me feel being rushed. Keep up the excellent work everyone!

Please do not waste your time. Typical bulk billing practice with incompetent doctors that possess zero bedside manner

Dr Effie is probably the best doctor I have seen. She is very thorough, friendly and happy to listen. She spends the time rather than rush you out the door like many other doctors I have seen in the past and thanks to her I have real answers to problems that have bugged me for years. Highly recommend, thank you!

Nurses and pathology staff are fabulous. Admin ladies seem to go on power trips. Make an appointment but don't get seen for an hour and the doctors are questionable.

Excellent doctors, never had an issue with reception staff. They have to deal with many tasks all at once and sometimes people just forget patience.

Dr Effie Frangoulis is a very caring and thorough GP, she is patient and ensures all basis are covered to find the solution to your presenting problem. I've also had appointments with some of the other doctors in this clinic and found them to be equally as efficient. Never had an issue with reception staff and I find the online booking system very helpful with organising appointments at anytime.

Doctor rocked in at 9.20 am with two patients waiting with appointments at 9.15 and 9.30! He took the first patient in at 9.45, after his cup of tea first!
Total disrespect for his patience!
Would not go to this practice if it was the last place on earth!

Admin staff are extremely rude and passive aggresive to most patients. They have little communication or organisation skills and make the patients feel as though simply being there is a hassle. Doctors are good though.

Please disregard negative reviews posted here. Understanding and patience is key to considering the issues and complexities each GP faces on a daily basis.

Dr. Effie Frangoulis is a great example of a competent yet compassionate healthcare professional. After a recent health issue requiring attendance at the emergency department, I made a follow up appointment to ensure that I was on the right track.

Dr. Frangoulis provided excellent advice and showed genuine concern in ensuring that my personal health concerns were attended to as the first priority. I have made a full recovery and am certain that without Dr. Frangoulis’ intervention I would have been unaware of the potential seriousness of my own condition.

A trustworthy and knowledgeable GP - I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Been a few times when I’ve absolutly needed and have always found reception staff slightly rode, thoigh this was the forst time a very friendly and kindly spoken reception staff greeted me. The Dr I saw had me out of the office within less than 5 min, never really made eye contact with me and gave me a prescription for a vitimin combo that if she had of actually asked me if I was currently taking anything she would have realized it’s a total double up of when I’m already taking. Even though she did give me a diagnosis of what I thought I may have had, I felt this sonsult was rushed, not at all thoura and I wasn’t able to engage and ask any questions. Felt very much like she didn’t want me in there. Always a bit disappointed here but easy to get a quick appointment when needed.
