My doctor's availability is good with very little waiting time. Reception and pathology staff are friendly and helpful. Nurses are also friendly and obliging.

I have visited this busy medical centre with my family for several years, my experience has always been very positive. The Doctors and Administrative staff have always been very professional, efficient and accommodating.

I was advised upon arrival that the doctor was not accepting new patients. Well that should have been advised prior to arrival. Once l did see the doctor it was rushed and made some effort to ensure l was not upset. Let's say if doctors are picking and choosing patients then they should stop practising.

Easily located and right next to a chemist for convenience. Reception are lovely and try their best to keep everything moving quickly. Good number of GPs here - I saw Dr Batool who was very good and quick in addressing my ailment. There is a wait, but that seems to be most GP practices anyway so I wasn't too fussed.

I am waiting 3hours to see a doctor It is not first time happens also last week same problems and also always doctors too much rushing.

Some of the worst I’ve experience in patient care. I’ve consistently seen Dr Batool for over 12 months and I’ve found her to be abrupt, rushed and forgetful. I always wait for up to an hour or more and when I see the doctor she then rushes through my appointment trying to get me out of the room telling me she’s got other patients to see. She’s also given conflicting information and forgotten aspects of my care that are required because she’s so preoccupied with moving me on. It begs the question about why she’s running so late all the time if this is her approach. Something doesn’t add up.
Well I’ve had enough of arguing for my basic rights of time and consideration that Medicare are paying for. I won’t be coming back.

Dr Judy Chen has been my doctor for many years and is an excellent doctor. She is very knowledgeable and caring for her patients. Highly recommended

Been here a few times now and considering it's a bulk-bill clinic, it deserves kudos. The place is clean and inviting, the receptionists friendly, and Dr Omar has been helpful, personable and takes his time with you.

Truly poor experience. Both doctors were dismissive and tried to get me out the door as soon as possible. Was given no useful advice, had to prompt both doctors with questions. Had to swab myself.

Called late afternoon on a Sunday and was assisted by an extremely friendly and helpful staff member who listened to me explain my injury and offered appropriate assistance. Had an appointment within the hour and the doctor was friendly and efficient. Walked out with a nicely stitched leg in 30 minutes. Would highly recommend Northland Medical Centre.

THE WORST CLINIC EVER! Will not be returning there again the 1st time I went Judy Wong (doctor) was horrible and the second time I went unknown male doctor put me on the wrong antibiotics. I ended up in hospital due to the wrong medication. I feel like I was unheard and that they rush you through to get as many clients through which is more $$$$ for them the more people they see. Not happy at all

Booked an appointment at 2: 30pm, arrived 10mins before to get checked in but waited over an hour to get seen. I think Saturday appointments don’t really work here, when I was next in line, someone even got “squeezed in” before me despite them not having an appointment and me already waiting for an hour, the receptionist didn’t even bother checking with me if it’s okay to squeeze someone in the queue. When it was finally my turn to see the doctor, was told the doctor was really busy and couldn’t actually do the long consult I booked for.

Recently customer service has dropped reception staff attack and lecture when asked about wait times (It had been an hour and 15 when I approached the desk and asked how much longer they expected it to be) the next person to check in was advised of the wait time. There is no way to send private feedback on their website.

I called on a busy Saturday morning and the receptionist kindly organised an appointment for me that day with Dr Lamba. Not only was Dr Lamba timely, he even managed to call me in ahead of my appointment time. He was very professional and thorough, which made me feel more comfortable with my diagnosis. He did not make me feel rushed, which can sometimes happen at other clinics.

Overall very pleasant experience. Great reception. Great Doctor. Clean clinic. Bulk Billed. And conveniently located right next to Chemist Warehouse. Nothing more that I could ask for.

Dr Chen failed to listen to my concerns. Ordered the same bloods I had only months ago and did not require.
Basically pulled me off the chair to usher me out the door.
I now need to to book another appointment with a different Dr.
Complete waste of time.

Worst customer care. 850 appointment and I waited till 1050. Racist staff.people who came after me kept getting served.

The main thing I would expect from a GP is patience. Both receptionist and the doctor were so busy they don't have time to listen to you like your time spent in the clinic means nothing to them.
