Got my Covid-19 booster shot here. Staff were friendly and the entire experience was quick, efficient and pleasant.

My usual GP was on leave for 6 weeks so I came here because they had appointments open the next day. The doctor who I consulted with refused to look at the lump on my head that was causing me pain and discomfort, and prescribed me relief for the symptoms, that I didn't ask for. I politely informed them I wanted a medical opinion of the lump and not just pain relief, and they still refused. Afterwards I went to a different walk-in clinic and the doctor there examined the lump and gave me an immediate and thorough diagnosis and treatment plan.

I came in to see Dr. Ali today to consult about a few things. He seemed like he wasn't keen to provide a proper consultation that I needed. It took him literally 2 minutes to complete the whole appointment. All he did was prescribing the same product I had at home without asking me for further concerns or anything. It was just a waste of time and money.

Dr Batool was very helpful, kind and booked me a fellow up appointment even though she was fully booked due to my circumstances. A very lovely doctor. Thanks very much

I went on a Sunday and it was my first time to go to their practice. Receptionist and doctor were very nice, professional and courteous. Waiting time was very minimal. Thanks a lot for attending to me.

Do not waste your time to see Dr Effie Frangoulis.
Every time i speak to her, she said, "I am not familiar about this issues, you have to see other doctor. " Even test results. Everytime without failing she tells me to go see other doctor. She might be racist (from reading other review - I am Euro Asian) or she just want your money without actually giving you medical advices.

Also Dr Chen is worst.

Dr Omar is the best, he always try to suggest natural remedies and he is very compassinate and always willing to help.
Also the receptionist (older blond hair one and the other older lady) have worst attitude, they must be really unhappy and just give patient power trip. Avod them as much as you can. Younger receptionist are very nice. Also the nurse (pathology) is very friendly and helpful.

Good service, short waiting, each location to find, would recommend to friends, most important you can visit on weekend.

Chen is a medical practitioner at Northland Medical Centre. Chen is extremely rude and dismissive. When I tried to explain to her that I'm feeling depressed and asked her about Antidepressants, she was more interested in knowing how much my usual Dr from another clinic (that is
currently on leave) charges per session. She never once asked me questions regarding my mental health. When I tried to steer the conversation back towards depression she simply said it was out of her scope (how medically knowledgeable of Chen). She again asked more questions about my usual Doctor to which I responded was confidential. How much he charges is non of her business. She responded that there's no point arguing, you can go see another doctor if you want. To which I agreed. She rudely hung up.

I immediately booked another appointment with the same clinic for another Doctor. The friendly receptionist booked me an appointment with another doctor. I got a call back from the receptionist explaining that Chen has advised the Doctor not to take the appointment. This is incredibly spiteful and unprofessional. For Chen to give me the option of seeing another Doctor and then to go out of her way to request the booked doctor not to take my appointment, shows a dire lack of integrity and compassion.

I was looking for help and I unfortunately got Chen.

Great staff members, seen quickly no need to wait for the doctor to call you in after appointment time. I would recommend everyone to attend this northland medical centre.

I had my 1st COVID vaccination done without any issues, the whole process was completely seamless. The staff were brilliant. Thankyou!

I booked online through the hotdoc app. Once ai got there the clinic was clean and the staff on the reception were helpful. The doctor I visited was good and helped me with my medical issue. I will be going back again

My Daughter thankfully was able to arrange my first Covid injection at Northland Medical Centre scheduled today.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by very friendly front counter staff, after confirming my details, they directed me to an open waiting area complying with Covid distancing protocol. Within 5 minutes I met the young nurse who was going to give me my injection, she sat me down in one of the treatment rooms and proceeded to ask general questions regarding my health. This young lady was absolutely fantastic, always reassuring me and making me feel comfortable, the injection was painless which I put down to her skill.
Following my injection I was given literature advising unlikely but possible side effects, I then waited back in the open waiting area for 15mins to ensure there were no immediate reactions.
Following this the front counter staff scheduled my next injection in 12 weeks time.
While travelling home, I received an email from the surgery confirming my next appointment.
What a fantastic service, I commend the staff on the good work they are doing and consider myself fortunate to have been able to use their service.

Went for COVID shot, nurse was very informative, explained everything well and did the shot very well didnt even know she had completed it

Firstly I want to state I have a severe phobia of anything medical related as well as blood and needles.

I recently saw Dr Alireza Heidarian for a small medical procedure although it was a huge thing for me to overcome.

Dr Alireza Heidarian was absolutely amazing in every way. He made the process bearable and as easy as it could have been for me.

I will 100% now only be seeing Dr Alireza Heidarian for all my GP needs.

Dr omar is excellent professional caring doctor etc. Front reception girls are very helpful and caring smiling at all times would recommend this medical clinic 100%

Pros: doctors are friendly, easy access to the Chemist Warehouse right opposite

cons: waited 45mins-1 hour for both of my appointments there and was only seen by the doctor for 2 minutes! Spent $60 for a WRONGLY prescribed cream for rosacea — i had eczema— that made my skin condition worse.

Don't Waste your time here! Useless just Useless. Very Unprofessional. Very Rude Staff.i would give 0 stars if i could. The staff need to get educated. No idea how they get there job. #Karen

I was extremely happy with this medical centre. Dr Judy Chen was very knowledgeable and skillful. This medical centre has an operating room for minor surgeries. The nurses were very friendly.

The team at Northland medical have been so helpful and accommodating in helping me deal with a situation with my Dad. To make matters even better I am not even a patient here and they have still been very friendly and helpful. I am very Impressed with there service and would recommend anyone who lives in the area to use them for there GP service.
