Ate takeaway there on 8 JuneJ Service was glacial. Burger buns were dry, and chicken fillets were no more than warm

Waiting more than 15minutes for the tornado potatoes during not in busy lunch or any customers waiting. Seeing someone order the fried chicken after us but received it 5 mins earlier than our order. Not received any noticing about the late. Bad experience not come back. Thanks

We tride to order freaking hot and snowy cheese half and half but the cashier said we can only order freaking hot separately. We used to order them all the time but didnt know what happened this time. They charged us $2 for dipping sauce that should already come free with two large fries that we ordered. The place was dirty amd the tables were not cleaned. Was really excited to eat there but it just spoiled the whole dine in experience. I dont want to blame the staff but the owner should be more responsible.

Staff isn’t the most welcoming and doesn’t understand hospitality. Service is quick and fried chicken is always amazing. That’s the only reason I put up with this store. Chicken is overpriced especially the boneless so not a spot I’d visit often for food. An overhaul is required on customer service and pricing front.

Amazing variety of dishes with a scintillating abundance of spice and flavour. Absolutely must try the potato twisties that they offer, truly out of this world (don't forget to make it spicy).

Food: 3.5 stars
It was okay but not very crunchy. There was a lot of sauce but not much flavor. It’s like they boiled the chicken then put some chili syrup and serviced it. If you want REAL good K-fried chicken you should try 4 fingers, they the real one.

They were nice not extremely friendly but they did their job

The seats and tables were spread out fairly well and the atmosphere was happy. It’s spacious and not cramped and well lighted. Plus: they played some Kpop {>ㅈ<}

Chicken here was stale and was clearly fried in a hurry (extremely oily, not like most KFC I've had) Also, some pieces had a weird smell.

Extremely pricey for what you're served. You're better off eating at Samsam which is pretty close by in Melbourne Central

Good variety of flavours to spice up your chicken. Bulgogi flavour is good and is medium spicy - between 'regular' and 'freaking hot'.

To the flavour designer: You need to work that coleslaw salad bit better.

Nene Chicken was beyond disappointing tonight. We have ordered before and been very happy, but tonight the 'chicken' was terrible. It was supposed to be chicken strips in the kids packs but it was chicken fat and skin in coating. No chicken meat. It was inedible. The chips were good though. We also had to wait a really long time, many people who ordered after us got their orders before we did. The staff are nice.

Fried chicken wings are delicious, fries are not so delicious, fried chicken wings are delicious, and fries are not so delicious.

They’re boneless chicken only comes in a shared size for multiple people, so you can’t order a smaller size and they were not willing to make me a smaller size for boneless chicken. Should be more flexible and have more sizes for the boneless chicken.

Good chicken, but they messed up my order, I order 18 pieces but only got 5. Very upset because I was charged for 18. I think the night shift there needs to be retrained. I recommend people double checking their order if taking away.

Great Korean fast food, love the chicken, especially the extra spicy chicken, one less star for the service, wish they would hire better mannered people.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I RECEIVED IN MELBOURNE! I ordered one snowing cheese chicken and freaking hot chicken by phone to pick up but i got sweet chilli chicken instead of freaking hot. I called back again and said that I got a wrong order and the staff didnt apologise at all and she even argue with me.
NEVER come back again

Enjoyable Burger, a little expensive for size and product.
Busy outlet not much room and difficult to move around from entry to counter to table to exit.

This place is small and crowded, and a bit dirty on the floor. Also, they don't accept my gift card with EFTPOS even they put EFTPOS stickers on their front door and at the counter. Besides, they are REALLY slow preparing my food.

In Korea I had amazing experience with fried chicken so I found NeiNei chicken here as they are huge in Korea, but me and my husband were quite disappointed as the chicken is nowhere near crispy as they do in Korea. And the taste was just average, also the price was so friendly for that taste.
But I do recommend the Korean Bento set, the rice was really yummy, oh and the beer too.

Great food but TERRIBLE and HORRENDOUS customer service of the tall, thin, cashier. He threw us the money on the table and floor, treated us very rudely.

All the food is great, try the supposedly Freaking Hot Chicken, if you like hot chilli will not be disappointed.

Try the Milka drink for something different, taste like
Yakult & soda.

Their sesame seed & green tea ice cream, is lovely & a good finisher to the meal.
