Never trust this place, chicken tastes like cardboard and the ranch tastes like warm cheese. 5 minutes after we left I aggressively threw up in the middle of the sidewalk, which was very embarrassing. I don’t suggest anyone coming here unless you have zero self respect. Not sure how this place is in business. 0/10

I ordered something wrong and refused to admit it. I asked me to confirm it three times. I said it was one after each order. It was too spicy to eat. I don’t recommend such an irresponsible person to order food as a waiter.

The staff who was working around 2-3 o'clock on October 16 gave me an old cold chicken with only put some powder.

The sweet fried chicken was way too sweet and sticky. The original flavour chicken was very dry and had no flavour. The corndog was literally plastic and disgusting. Save yourself and don't come here.

Very rude staff, I have ordered small food at 9.30 so I can eat before the shop closes at 10, I got it at 9.50 and ask to sit to eat quickly but was rejected although there are 2 more customers having their food in the shop (they just finished half way and continue eating). The staff said with negative altitude, which I have never seen in other Nene branches. Staff and manager in Nene Elizabeth should learn carefully from Nene Altona. Never be back here again.

Little bit disappointed.
Ordered delivery a year ago and didn’t really like it as the food arrived cold even tho it’s just around the corner.
Went back in on Sunday as I saw the new spicy mayo special they have on and spicy usually gets me.
Go the kimchi burger as a starter and I must say: chicken on the burger was cold and tasted like it had been waiting there for a couple of hours. But wasn’t too fresh either.

Wasabi and Mayo chips were actually crunchy but cold as well and they have so much potential as they have a nice crunch to them:
Wasabi and flaming mayo chicken for 9.95: not a bad deal I thought and it wasn’t actually cold but took around 30 mins to arrive even though there weren’t many customers in the shop

I ordered only "A SNACK PACK" set. But it kept me waiting almost 30 minutes because of not enough chips. And to make the matter worse was the guy who order later got everything and chip before me. The cashier asked to make a refund after I asked him just a second time. 1 star because the staff is lacking of service mind and didn't look like feel sorry or say sorry.

If you’re a wasabi lover like me, I HIGHLY recommend trying their Wasabi Mayo flavour! It packs a real good kick and is sooo addictive!

Absolutely LOVE their Tornado Potato dusted in the most addictive snowy coating! And the K-Dog is super delicious too!

Absolutely trash place to eat, the waitress doesn't speak English because she didn't even understand the word "Fries". By the way, she really needs to fix her attitude for this business.

I have dinner here with my family on Tuesday night 07/02 and end up with very bad experience. The Asian staff is very rude and very slow. When I come to the store, I want to sit down with my family but all the table were so dirty and the staff never clean it even the store is not busy. Manager, owner should train your staff more properly.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited 30 minutes for a simple burger combo, lady at the counter messed up the order numbers, and the chips weren't fresh despite her blaming the delay on having to make a fresh batch. Pathetic.

We were served by the Vietnamese girl, she offered us the Wednesday feast which was very great deal for us 3 people. The chicken was very yummy. Friendly staffs and good service, will come back.

The staff was sooooo rude! We were ready to order and she was busy to prepare food, so we were waiting. Two customer came and says ready to order, she asked me and my friend to queue after those two customers. DONT understand at all! There are couple of free tables but the staff says only can do takeaway, it was 9pm and the shops closes on 10pm. When we were waiting for the food, the customer who came after us can dine in! Very interesting policy for us

The food was nice, we ordered a Swicy chicken and it tasted good and well balanced with the dips. Although my son ordered a Mozzarella Corn dog which he says is okay but he thinks it could still be improved. The staff is nice and very welcoming. The place could add some more lighting as it feels gloomy. Will we go back? Yep we will and have ourselves another order 2 orders of Swicy chicken.

Chicken very tasty and oily. They give you gloves to eat it with. Limited seating and not too comfortable.

Customer service is bad, we were sitting at a table choosing our menu, the cashier kicked us off the table for another customer that came late and told us it was already booked but it had no sign of reserved table and the other customers also looked confused, then we tried to move to another table, the cashier didnt let us sit and was speaking rudely with attitude

Probably one of the best options for you if you want super hot and spicy chicken. Double freaking hot sauce from them does NOT hold back. Highly encourage you to try the triple sauce 8 wings pack combo

I think there are some staffs conflict in the team, 1 yelled at others in a very not appropriate way in front of me.and she looked so angry.

Ordered regular chicken, everything was good, normal wait time and they did not look like they were understaffed (must have made improvements?)

Edit: second visit, they are definitely understaffed, I felt bad for the overworked staff. They also messed up my order, and when I contacted them and sent pictures they straight up refused to accept the mistake, definitely not visiting again.
