Nando's Watergardens

Tables were oily and dirty, not sure the last time water and a sponge had been used.
Food scraps everywhere. I opened the drinks menu to find a cockroach sitting there waiting for its next meal.
The door looked like it had never been wiped down, oily prints everywhere.
Food was bland and cold, rice had obviously been sitting in a food warmer for hours it was hard as a rock not light at all.

I have been to many different nandos though this has to be the worst by far. Everything is smaller in portion compared to other Nandos, custom service staff are rude and noisy and the food was soo salty that it feels like your just swallowed sea water. FIRST AND DEFINITELY THE LAST!

Unprofessional staff, was told the chicken is gonna take 8-10 mins to be ready; ended up getting our food within not even 5 minutes of sitting down, uncooked and no taste what so ever. When we told them how badly it was cooked they had told us to tell them next time to cook it “well done” as if we’re ordering steak lol. Then order corns and waited 30 minutes.
Absolutely disgusting do not rate this store at all. Cheers

Yet another fail from Nandos watergardens. Recieved half the size of a salad. They have put it together with ingredients that arent even meant to be in the salad. This resturant should NOT be included in the uber eats chosen resturants. I cant believe i am still complaining about this.
Complaint number 8 through to uber eats and still no improvement.
I will never eat here again

Went to Nandos today, few mins before closing, it looked like they were not interested in taking order, still tried my luck, I would have believed if the would have given be 1 reason for not serving me but they came with multiple reasons like
Food Out of stock- without even knowing, what I am gonna order.
Couldn't cook in 4 mins before closing time.
I would recommend change the closing time & ordering time, very disappointing,

Need more staff on. Waiting too long for Take away food. Watched a person at a table also complain about time waiting on food.

Not consistent in terms of quality, overall good but not excellent. It's either juicy or burnt, especially the ribs.

Do not order ubereats from this nandos!
I ordered last night and my order never came. I kept getting alerts saying they were awaiting a driver. But then they closed and I never got my food.
So today I thought I’d give them another chance, considering it was possibly the drivers fault last night. BIG mistake!
My order came completely messed up! I received a random burger, no wrap, no chips, no perinaise. Just the ribs I ordered!
I won’t be ordering or calling into Nandos Watergardens ever again!

Only received half of what I ordered after already waiting a considerable amount of time. Waited an additional 30mins for my chips to arrive, decided to go up and ask, only for them to realise they had forgotten. Food was cooked poorly, either burnt or undercooked on occasions I have been there. Barely any sauce when requested extra sauce. When asked to add extra sauce I was told to "buy" it next time. Although I live nearby, I would happily travel to Caroline springs or Highpoint to get what I pay for. Lift your game.
