69 Stuffed up the order to a point that we couldn’t be bothered complaining anymore.
We were sitting on a table closest to the kitchen and the place is swarmed by bugs.
Pretty horrible experience.
If possible I would do no stars. We ordered through the Nandos app and connected via doordash and the stuffed everhthing. Worst help line and no one picks up the phone
Had lunch with my 3 year old grandson who loves Nando's, as he loves all things spicy.
Low food quality. It’s like 1 week old chicken n chips. N I have food poisoning when I had it.
Didn't even try to spread salt on my chipsjust big pile (see photo and btw resturant was almost empty)

I don’t even have words for how poorly this place operates. I ordered at 7: 00pm for delivery to my house which is mind you a 4 minute drive from this Nando’s. Expected delivery time was 7: 49pm. At 7: 30pm I checked the order and driver was at the restaurant. At 7: 49pm Nando’s cancelled my order. I tried calling 10 times but just got told they were too busy to answer the call by an automated message.
I drove there and spoke to the manager who straight away knew who I was. And his answer to why they cancelled the order is because he assumed another driver collected it when my driver had shown up? How can you assume another driver collected my order, we know that when one driver accepts that delivery it doesn’t get assigned to another driver unless the driver cancels which that never happened. He then said that he assumed food would be at my house yet how can that be possible if you cancelled the order my driver was waiting to pick up?
I did not receive a notification of order cancellation, my money was still taken as well which is even worse.
Back story, I ordered a whole chicken, 2x large chips, large broccolini and large corn on the cob.
So it’s now 8: 00pm and the manager told me it would be 15 mins till the chicken was ready. Not sure where he went but it’s okay because there was a guy and girl working at the counter where the orders come through for Menulog or door dash or something. It was 8: 20pm and those two workers were eating the chips and chatting mainly the girl, who then decided to go on break and the guy just stood there doing nothing. In the mean time they surely could have done something? Right?
Luckily manager was back in the kitchen at 8: 25pm and did the chicken, cooked the broccolini and the corn on the cob all by 8: 30pm. Would have saved time if the workers actually did something.
Overall, this place is appalling when it comes to delivery. It seems the manager is the only one who actually works, the only thing I can say is good is the food. Sadly, the manager didn’t even want to offer any kind of compensation for the time or anything, could had offered another drink or something but no nothing.
Oh and to top it all off, got home and realised we were missing a large chips.
Downsides include staff that are letting their but hang out of their pants and a manager who allows their staff to have an all they can eat feast with no limits to get as fat as possible. No recommended.
With Julian dai on this one. Elephant was in my way, couldn’t eat in peace, big white eyes was on my chicken most of the time.
This place is a disgrace for delivery. Ordered from Uber 3 times and had too drive down 3 times because the forgot to put multiple orders in. Never ordering from there again
We ordered a whole chicken to be delivered by Menulog and got a couple of drumsticks. No number to call. Bloody frustrating and family is hungry
The manager needs to talk to the fat black girl that was working at night at 8pm on 23rd jan. She was giving me dirty looks after I asked about my missing peri peri chips. I think she was just angry that she couldn’t eat all the chicken she was cooking.
Avoid avoid avoid! Unclean, contaminated food. I have had food from here and since then I can’t sleep since 4 days ago due to extreme pain in my chest, loss of appetite and shortness of breath all linked to eating contaminated unclean food from here. It’s not worth it avoid it at all
Costs.
Disappointing, ordered the paella tonight, and all we got in it was chicken and rice, no onion, tomato or capsicum. So disappointed, won't be ordering again

If I could give 0 stars I would… I walked in with my family this evening instead of going to our normal nandos restaurant in Caroline Springs. We walked in to see that the kitchen and restaurant was a mess and staff were standing around talking. My family and I walked out!
Second time ordering from nandos and they continue to disappoint. Where are the drinks, chips, and dessert we ordered? Missing all the items!

Prices have certainly gone up, but unfortunately that's everywhere now.
We ordered at 5: 07pm we got our order at 5: 50. Orders were being taken for Uber eats and customers dining in were all wondering why no food was being served. Very Understaffed.
Ordered my usual one whole chicken that I eat every Friday (from another Nandos in the area). Highly disappointed with my first ever order with Nandos watergardens
It was burnt and tasteless not even cut into proper pieces. I also peri peri chips which tasted more like McDonald’s. Not recommended at all.
The best Nandos in the west when it’s actually open, so many times I’ve tried to go for lunch and they aren’t open but it says they are online, not sure why.
