Nando's Watergardens

I've been to plenty nandos around Melbourne and this place has by far the smallest portions. I feel like they cut all the chicken pieces in half and cheat the portions. Tried it a few times over here because I thought it may be a 1 or 2 times but happened everytime.

No fault of the store - but had an experience with a terrible uber driver delivery, which needs to be addressed. His name was "LO" and he picked up food from this nandos at about 5pm on Tuesday 19/04/2022. Nothing was ever delivered, even though I received a notification saying that it was. His car actually came nowhere near my house. Disappointing and extremely unprofessional.

The food here is DELICOUS and there is a wide variety of things on the menu.some of the stuff is a bit too spicy for younger children (even the herby base). It can also be a bit expensive sometimes but apart from that this is a great restaurant!

Incredibly slow, definitely under staffed. Waited half an hour for half my meal. They were shoving chips into takeaway bags like crazy but somehow couldn't manage to bring mine with the meal. Go to grilld instead.

For takeaway I asked the chicken to be chopped Small bits never did. Peri peri chips only top bit of the chips had salt bottom didn't.

Poor service, chips served 10 minutes before burgers and wraps. Quality of food was average, not the usual good experience we are used to.

Lovely customer service, very friendly to children and families. Beautiful food and perfect spicing range. As well as brilliantly cooked and great quality chicken.

Can you guys please properly apply peri salt to the chips on take away orders. Currently it looks they put all the chips in the bag and sprinkle some peri salt on top.the problem is that 95% of the chips end up bland with no salt. Perhaps salt the chips in a bowl before putting in the bag. Chicken is good.

Delicious food, and great customer service. Haven't had Nandos in so long before yesterday, forgot how truly amazing it is! The chicken is cooked perfectly, and the nandos seasoning and sauce really adds to the flavour. It is absolutely mouth watering! The chips as well are delicious, golden and crunchy, with the amazing nandos seasoning salt on them, absolutely incredible!

Served burnt chicken to us. When asked to the manager to replace the order he said can't do anything about it. Like for real mate you are restaurant and you don't know what you have to do when you serve food which is not cooked properly. Worst experience ever not going back at all. Yuck

The online order system is messed up. I ordered through doordash (because it was the only place available). They are not taking special request and ask us to call the restaurant for any request. I called them more than 20 times and none of my calls were picked up.

Got home delivery from Nando’s watergardens and half the meal didn’t arrive. Including the hot sauce, large chips and salad. Called the store and left multiple messages over a 2 week period and did not get 1 person contact me back. This is very unprofessional. I understand that accidents are made but ignoring over 10 calls is just very unprofessional. Half the time machine says the phone is busy it will take 10 mins and then straight to mail bank.

The Nando's is good overall sometimes you got good chicken

Missed an item in my home delivery. Can't seem to.speak to.anyone.so what I have to live with paying for an item I didn't receive.maybe this is an ACCC problem.the fact Nandos make it difficult for me to even talk to anyone to at least give a refund for an item I did not receive. Terrible service

Can’t go wrong with Nando’s! This location features a bright, contemporary, sun lit seated area. The food was well cooked & seasoned, and the staff friendly and quick to whip up your order. Location is a bit strange, but makes up for it with its outdoor seating.

Food took 25+ minutes to arrive (left on the pass for upwards of 15 minutes) and was only warm, not hot, on arrival. Zero engagement or service from staff. Store priority seems to be MenuLog/UberEats rather than dine in customers.

We always go there very frequently and they always look after us. We generally get 2 Chickens and the basting is excellent. My kids love this Nandos and hopefully they keep on making us happy. The customer service is great and we go back each time for the taste and for the people who work there.
Keep up the good work.
