Nando's Marriot Waters

Shitest nando’s when you order anything more then one whole chicken you have to wait 45 mints. They don’t care about paying customers and don’t mind turning them away. Who ever is the owner pls do something about it.

One order to go would actually took 45 minutes. I'm sure the owner is at fault seeing how only 2 employees were present durring lunch.

We always get our salads, chicken and on occasion chips, they are always fresh, flavourful and the right level of heat or cold.
The service is fantastic, so friendly and polite it is understaffed but apart from that they all have great customer service skills.

I have been a customer of this store for a little while, it is generally a very quite place to dine for lunch, the staff are really friendly and helpful.
The only downside is the service is quite slow, you can be waiting upto 20-30 minutes for food sometimes, but it will arrive fresh and hot.

Most the staff there are absolutely useless! Everything is too hard for them, no idea about customer service, don't even know how they assimilate in every day life! I eat nandos multiple times in the week all over Melbourne and never have I come across 2 more useless people than I did today. Can't add extra basting due to OH&S they say, can't have normal water? Can't have 2 breast pieces even though i offered to pay for 2 quater chickens separately if I had to. Just absolutely muppets.

Went straight to Lynbrook nandos down the road after asking the 2 useless girls working at Marriot waters for a refund and got everything I wanted straight away.

Will never eat there again! KYS

Ordered 1/4 chicken and chips. Been waiting for over 30 minutes. Watching people who were served 10 minutes after me being given their food. I was not told there would be any sort of wait. Unimpressed.

Good service & food as expected. The two sinks are awesome to see & utilise. A stuff member was also helpful in easing tomato sauce from the glass bottle.

Purchased a half chicken and it was well over cooked, asked for lemon & herb basting and it definately wasn't

Ordered a burger meal. When received burger, the burger buns were literally cold. When asked staff why, they stated that thier policy had changed and they are not allowed to toast thier buns. BUT WHO EATS A COLD BURGER? Very disappointed.

What's happened to this nandos in the last month and half it's gone down hill. Ive been coming here for 3 years and was all ways happy with my experience but lately it's been long waits on my food. The orders have been wrong twice the place is getting dirty the staff are rude.as much I love nandos I will never go back to that store such a sham it used be so good there

Very very slow service 40mins wait for a pita meal. Staff serve food on dirty tables full of dirty plates, they dont clean tables unless you ask grrrr

Glasses filthy would love to put a photo of it visible food chunks left over on and inside glasses. Cutlery was greasy and also had left over food still on them. Food was good and freshly cooked but the hygiene was well well below standard. Very disappointing.

Friendly staff, fast service, highly recommended. The staff always get my order right. Food is always freshly made when you order.
