Can't even deliver food, the most useless Nandos in the country whoever manages this place should be absolutely ashamed. The manger needs to be fired on the spot, this place is a great stain on the organisation's reputation >: (

If I could rate this review minus I would! Waiting 45 minutes for a basic meal is beyond ludicrous! The person in charge serving and one of the staff members on the kitchen said "there are other orders in front of yours" for which I replied, that's not good enough! At least when ordering, the person serving should have advised the food wait could be 45 minutes, plus! This service is beyond pathetic and I will never return to this location. It is disgusting to keep your customers waiting without a single apology and or an update of where the meal is at.

Amazing service and food. Chicken is basted not dry like other Nandos. Very prompt with serving, my family and i absolutely love it.

We had a great experience here. Family visit one Sunday afternoon. 2 staff were lovely, friendly and engaged well with the young ones. 1 staff member was task focused and didn’t convey any people service skills.
Food was among the best Nandos we’ve had - hot tasty chicken and fresh, well seasoned chips (which are still the best!).
Very cool restaurant design too, lots to look at and take in, and discuss with the family.

Very poor service. The delivery guys are good, but the store staff make a lot of errors (missing items, wrong items). I still have two drinks to claim and about $40 complimentary vouchers to make up for the multiple mistakes. This afternoon they sent a DEFORMED bottle of Sprite 600 mls. If I could just show the photo here. They shouldn't give customers anything that's been compromised, very unsafe.

Food is great. Staff were polite. However table service needs some improvement in speed and efficiency. The current system is to wait to order at the till, pay upfront and then sit down at the table.

Would like that to change so that patrons can book a table and order via an app, make the payment via an app and then sit down to eat.

We Ordered 2 Veggie Burgers and they delivered with Bacon. Seriously very disappointed with the service. Chips were all soggy and even the wrap was uncooked.

Don’t recommend at all. We ordered two whole chicken and paella. The chickens were all burnt and the paella was was not cooked well and it was tasting NOT paella.

Worst nando ever!
Waitting for the delivery for 2 hours, and ask for refund I have to call headquater. The headquater is not opening during this lockdown, so I have to email the customer service for the refund. First time ever experience this kind of poor system.

We always get our salads, chicken and on occasion chips, they are always fresh, flavourful and the right level of temperature.
The service is fantastic, so friendly and polite!
It is understaffed but apart from that they all have great customer service skills.

Use to go so much but this year evwry time they have let us down. Chips are always way out cooked. My son asks why they're always brown and yucky on the inside. They always give my partner a bad bun that seems stale, tables are never cleaned and we always leave not eating the food. Will never go back. How hard is it to follow instructions? !

Chicken tastes awesome. Bought 2full chicken and two large chips. My only disappointment was the serve quantity of chips is too low. That amount of chips is enough with quarter chicken, not with full chicken. Sweet potato peri peri salted chips is tasty, serve quantity is low as well for a large size. This review was for take away, don't know about chips serve size for dine in. Thanks

One of the worst Nandoos I have ever been. Ordered a full chicken and waited for almost an hour. When I opened the box it was not the one I ordered. Chicken was soggy and didn't want to eat. Such a poor management, will never go to this place ever again. I don't have an option here to give a zero star hence one

Please avoid this Nandos if you can, this is the third time i have tried them to give them chance to improve as this is my local business but it has unacceptable food. I ordered uber eats from them today and 2 full chicken were so salty i had to throw em away. It is very disappointing when you wait for something over 35 minutes and you get that. It had some serious salt as I don’t complain often. Not going back again for sure now.

Good food but extremely unhappy with service. We ordered food last Sunday which needed lot of tissues and forks. They were not available inside store for us to grab and confimed put some inside the bag when we pick up. However, when we were going to eat, there's no forks and only one tissue. We ate outside in a park and couldn't eat the salad we ordered without fork.

I ordered through DoorDash and full chicken and few other sides. I think they put turkey not chicken. If not something wrong with chicken. I got 2 large thighs and a 2 breast pieces. Initially I thought it didn’t grill cos texture was different. Then I ended up putting in pangrill to make it cook and see any difference in texture. No it’s the same bland soft meat. I usually go for Eden rise, Narre Warren or fountain gate nandoos, they always good and never had an issue. This is disgusting and I ended up eating chips and salad. Please don’t go to this or use DoorDash for Nandoos cos it’s coming from here

Worst customer service. Ordered our meal, my meal came out and my husband's meal came out 15mins after mine when I had finished 1/2 my meal. When I questioned the manager where my husband's meal was, I got told it's on its way. They don't understand the concept of receiving the meals together so you can eat together!
