Nando's Marriot Waters

Staff was very nice even we ask to change table in busy time he was so good. I want to say thanks before leaving but I can’t see him. Thanks for lovely service

Nando’s is my favourite go-to take out meal. This restaurant used to do such a great job with our order, but now all the staff have completely changed and we never get a good meal. Last time I was missing every single PAID extra to my pita and half our garlic mini pita was completely missing from the box. Don’t even get me started on the price increase but the chip size has been made smaller. A large is now the size of a small however has increased in price. Last time they only filled them half way up too. I’m not really sure what we’re paying for anymore but I’m really disappointed with the quality of food they provide now. Looks like we will be needing to try a different Nando’s from now on.

Unbelievably slow! Please nandos if u see this.get more staff! Feel so sorry for the workers run off their feet. Waited close to an hour for our food which was ordered for pick up another hour prior.

This is the WORST nandos i have ever been to. They said the waiting time is 30 minutes and we have to wait for more than an hour. If you are hungry than don’t even think about going to this nandos. They were doing only take away orders. I guess the cook was also frustrated that’s why the taste was just average. Better find another place. They need new management.

Placed an order for pick up of 2 whole chickens and 3 large sides. Asked for extra sauce and the lady packing the order assured me there was already sauce in the bag and only gave me an extra two packets. Got home unpacked the food and saw that there was only the two sauce packets I had asked for and no other sauces like she said there was. Did she expect me to ration out the 2 sauce packets between 6 people? Why be so stingy on a sachet of sauce and lie about putting some in the bag already. Also noticed that she smiled and greeted the white lady in front of me but just looked at me and said yes with a very glum look on her face instead of greeting me the same way. Stopped coming here a while ago because of the dry chicken and switched to a different location as they have heaps better service and food, made a mistake giving these guys another chance.

Worst Nando’s I’ve been too. Customer service is shocking. Workers don’t want to be there. Waited 45mins for the food.

While I was waiting a long time for my order, I watched the manager be incredibly rude to several customers. Particularly towards a child who had asked if there were any tables available, her mother evidently didn't speak English. The child was visibly upset following the conversation.

Poor service from the staff when I placed the order. He was having food, at one time I was like he is eating the chips from an order. And it was more than 20 mins of wait. I understand that in the food industry it can happen but then the food I received was poor standards. I placed my order very clearly with the bloake. The chicken wasn't cooked properly. The chips were over cooked and this has happened twice with me in the last one month. Not recommended. And you lost a potential customer. Not gonna come again.

Amazing experience tonight, dinner came out fresh and hot within 15 minutes (despite being busy and slammed with takeaway orders) customer service was great. The young man who delivered our food to our table and the man who took our order both had great customer service, and thanks to the behind the scenes workers who made our food 10/10

I was getting food and had a really bad experience with a worker named (riley charlwood). He was extremely rude and did not take my order correctly.this made me feel very upset and un-appetized. I am aware that he gets minimum wage salary but it does not give him the right to treat others badly. I will never be visiting this shop again: (

One of the most unfriendly & arrogant 2nd incharge staff I’ve ever experienced in my life. Served cold food and very unfriendly management incharge. Would never recommend anyone to have food

Ordered online with the Nandos App at 7: 15pm for ASAP. The App stated the food would be ready in 20min. On arrival the restaurant was overflowing with people waiting their orders. The team consisted of a Manager and 4 young employees all under 18. I finally was approached by the young man who went and checked on the progress and told me “15-20 mins longer” so I left and returned 20 mins later, I went in and still many of the familiar faces were still waiting and many complaining. The same young man approached me again and went to check the progress. This time he couldn’t find my order, he then returns looking for the number and returns stating “20 mins” I get angry because this meant that he just threw out a ran down time at the beginning. All up it took 90 mins to receive my purchase. I was waiting in the shop for 1 hour and had left children at home wondering where I was. The Manager needs to take accountability these young employees have not been taught how to deal with these situations. Additionally the online ordering needs to reflect more of an accurate waiting time. If the waiting time was longer and I knew I wouldn’t of been upset. So many learning opportunities from this experience. Food was great but unfortunately won’t be coming back because of the service. Moto of the story “Customers pay your wage, don’t get upset when they are frustrated over not receiving the service they paid for”.

Placed my order for our dinner. It was delivered in 30mins. Ordered one whole chicken and 2 large sides which was corns and peri peri chips. After the delivery, chips was missing plus corns were cold. So had to make a trip to Nandos marriot waters to get my chips. Not sure whether the driver pinched my chips or they forgot to pack it. Overall so not happy with this store. This is not the first time this happened. Ordered through the nandos app which only picks the nearest nandos store. If we are to choose the branch we want to order then i would never ever choose Nandos Marriot waters!

Absolutely horrible service. The online order was so late. The people working here just didn't care.looks bad on Nando's which is otherwise a good place. Has put me off for sure

Cook made fun of my partners order for having “too many ingredients removed” this was tonight 4/3/23. Not impressed, pick up time said 4: 12 and he didn’t leave until after 4: 30. Wouldn’t have minded if there was an apology or someone not making fun of the order!

1 hour long wait! And it’s not just once.every single time they have a wait of 45/55 mins.extremely poor customer service! Rude staff.

Dined in. Waited 50 minutes for my food to come out cold. Table next to me had the exact same experience. They forgot the drinks, went up to the counter to get them. No service for another 5 minutes. The restaurant wasn't even half full.

I’ve had Nandos many times! And I think this is be-far the worst time I had Nandos it was too salty on some of the food and on the other really bland so Nandos please work on correcting and trying to make sure you get 5 stars a lot!

Can't go wrong with Nandos! Service was abit all over the place, took a while to get my food and kept forgetting things i ordered. Besides that great stuff
