No updates on while store closer, been there three times already and when reached found the store closed so disappointed

I ordered online and waited 2 hours for order to come until 9.25pm and still didn’t delivered the order. Then I received a messaged saying my order was cancelled. Totally waste of my time and money. Really disappointed. They didn’t even pick up the phone at all. Don’t recommend this place at all. Read all the reviews in this page and you will see how many people disappointed about this terrible restaurant.

Poor customer service. One of the girls at the register was absolutely rude and insensitive. She wouldn’t even respond to our query. We said please could you pass a feedback to your management and ask them to publish the phone number so we can make order or enquires via phone rather than come to the store and be disappointed and she snapped at us and said that we can do it ourself and that she doesn’t have to put up with us! One of the rudest people ever. Maybe give her time off to relax.

Best chicken in my whole goddam life, ordered the peri peri chips and the chicken, Cooked and served, by the best staff in all of Marriot Waters. Served my Rohail give my guy a raise!

Due to the number of pick up apps uber eats etc the wait time was quite long although food was cooked perfectly and was still hot after returning home.

Front end staff particularly one with crazy awesome hair was amazing.
She was running around and knew exactly what she was doing and everyones orders had no issues, including this she appeared to be training another staff member.
Not sure of her name but shout out to her for keeping the business running smoothly!

Wow. Clearly Nando’s hates customers. Going all self service in store and not helping anyone. We watched a disabled man be belittled because he couldn’t do it. Disgusting service and you should be embarrassed Nando’s.

Sometimes this place gets rolled with just how many people come through or order online for pick up. Feel they are quite under staffed for the most part and service takes a hit. Food wise, very good and see very little difference in dining in or taking away.

Chicken was cooked perfectly but there was a significant lack of taste and flavor. We ordered the hot, however the sauce lacked the usual consistency and texture that can be found at other localities.

Ordered Food last night the chicken was not cooked and there was no flavour and rice was half boiled. Either would like a refund or replace the food. Thank you

For the 3rd time in a row we have ordered the hummus with drizzle and the drizzle is missing.even after reminding the staff.

Today I had to wait for more than 20mins after my expected pick up time cos someone forgot the order. So people ordering after me, came and went whilst I'm waiting for more than 40mins after placing the order

Thieves.

Place an order for delivery. They charge my card then the order never shows up. Call the help line. Put on hold and told I'll get a call back.

Absolutely appalling food. Their chips have significantly gone down in quality all round. I am an avid Nandos fan and I must say this has put me off completely. This chicken as well is also quite sub standard and gets either really burnt or not grilled enough. You guys CAN do better.

Placed an online order at 6.40 for pickup ASAP (ready at 7) and took over an hour to pick up our food. Our chicken was charcoal, missed our regular chips and everything was thrown into the bag. Disappointing that we patiently waited and food was below standard.

ALSO, we weren’t able to purchase a bottle of water!? Manager yelled ‘no more orders’. Manager on duty needs some extra training on customer service & how to handle busy periods instead of yelling at paying customers!

Terrible service and experience!
I wouldn't believe such a place could exist in Australia until I have visited this restaurant today. I walked in for a takeaway order and more than 20 people around the register in a big mess. No Social distancing and mostly no masks. Staff member in a big argument with a customer for more than 10 minutes. When I have asked to be serviced after a long wait, I have been told off by another rude staff member. No system, no lines and no COVID- Safe environment. No wonder COVID-19 is getting out of control with these places exist. This place has to be reported to health authorities immediately.

Really unfortunate service multiple times from this store. First time a week or so ago, ordered via a delivery app and two and a half hours later there was still nothing, so we ended up cancelling the order, thinking it could have been a tech glitch. We thought we would give them another shot and ordered direct via the Nandos app. Order was quick and the food we did get was good, but it was missing half of the food and drinks. Completely understand lockdown has brought a new kind of pressure, but after two times of sub par service, it's looking like more of a pattern than a one off.

First experience with them was via door dash they cancelled my order. I ordered again via Nandos app and estimate was 0630 but its now 0700 and nothing delivered. I am trying to call them but no one is picking up my phone. Worst customer service i guess.

Where the hell is my Chicken Nando's? I bought your cheeky chicken and youre holding it ransom. You're slower than my son and he repeated year 3 4 times. Or was it year 4 3 times. To hell with it, I'm ordering some dirty bird instead. Shame on you. Would recommend the peri peri chips they go hard.
