Absolute worst dining experience. Incompetent staff who clearly don’t know what they are doing. Food was delivered to us cold. The restaurant itself is filthy. Definitely would not recommend.
Excellent staff.very friendly. Good portions of chicken even though the chips portion is a bit too small. Over all the best nando's I have visited. Plates, cutlery, tissues and sauces are readily available. Chilled bottles of water always available. Will go there any day any time.
Ordered few items some of them out of stock and for some items waitress said its old menu so it's not available anymore
Went to springvale everything was available and surprisingly old menu items too and service with smile
Even though there is a wait for the chicken in peak hours, its fresh when i dined there. Keep it up
I went their this friday at 09.15 pm and although the restaurant closes at 11 pm the staff told me that it will take 45m to prepare the meal as they are cleaning and no more chicken left.
The staff was friendly and order was fast but the floor looks so dirty- messy and sticky. The restaurant cleanliness could be improved further. This includes tables as well
Always getting orders wrong! Customer Service has a lot to be desired.
Never clean tables! Even when they see you are sitting there, waiting for it to be cleaned! Disgraceful!
