I’ve been pushed to my absolute limits today with this store!

Today ordered lunch through the app for myself and work colleague as we are only allocated 30min break.
Ordered 2 paella meal.waited for the time of pick up walked into the store, told the young girl at the counter im here to pick up my order.
Upon looking to see if my order was ready. The girl then replied and said it’s not ready yet. No worries so I waited another 5-10 mins in store
To then be told “we have no rice” therefore you have no lunch…. A call would have been nice to let me know so I wouldn’t have wasted my whole lunch break! I literally waited in store for 10 minuets plus the 15 it took to get prepared… the staff were so rude to me the manager then proceeded to tell me she called me when they defiantly did not, and that there was nothing they can do about it.
I asked for a refund and then the manager said she couldn’t process it. So now I’m down $50 bucks lunch break and no lunch. Not happy Parkmore, pathetic!

I believed that they don’t know how to clean a table as the table I sat at was sticky and has a smell to it.

I am sorry, but my dinner was messed up. I love Nandos but when you don't get what you order, that is disappointing. My order was for garden salad and b broccolini, but none was there, instead chips. Hope this does not happen to anyone else. I did not check to pick my order since it was sealed and I had my little one in my arms. Lesson folks, check your order before departing.

Today we came for Lunch,
So we were a big group of 2 with small kids. And the Waitress (lady) was really really nice to us. Very helpful and also friendly. She even helped me to bring the drinks to the table (outside). Thank you again, you really deserve 5 stars. The food was yumm as well, we did enjoy it. But we were more amazingly suprised how friendly the staff is. Thanks again,

They never pick up the phone when you need to check on the order that never got delivered. Not the first time either. Disappointed

Friday night dinner ruined. One of the staff here, is clearly can’t control her emotions and dumping it on the customers. This is the lady with blonde hair.

Incredible service. We've come here many times and the service has always been amazing. Food is delicious and the staff are just so attentive. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Was fortunate enough to swing by this place, what great atmosphere, great quality food, and excellent service. The BBQ Ribs are to die for, made my day.

Mistakes are made but to be able to accept and fix it would be recognised. Yes they did make mistakes but accepted it resolved it. 29th may around 1PM.

Tables need THOROUGH CLEANING they are not cleaned with proper cleaning products they are sticky and filthy. Get your act together. Even another family on the next table said the same thing

Shocking I might say, ordered a take away only for it to be sitting on the counter for over 15mins, no one called out my name it just sat there getting cold this is not the first time I have had a bad experience, ordered a whole heap of food for the my companies Christmas party and they serve us cold corn and chicken not cooked properly. Would make me think twice about going back.

Friendly staff, but food came out cold and order wasn’t completed had to ask for our order to be completed even after spending $90

This store is terribly rude and customers are unable to get in touch. They simply do not bother to answer their phone and I saw this when standing in the store once, on a seemingly quiet day, calling them on the phone, watching them standing around chatting and ignoring it. And today again. Do better, guys!

Great place to get a quick bite or a nice meal. Fast service and getting your food cooked. Able to dine in or take away. Use the nando's app to order ahead.

Great service - very friendly staff. It would be more ideal if the corns were not so brunt. They might be carcinogenic. However, that might be impossible for this style of cooking?

The personal are not welcoming. The Australian worker had good manners but the other Two had a look on their face as if they are working in prisons kitchen and need help

Order lunch online voa big order and provided time for pick up but the food was made earlier and sit around for a while to be picked up, so we had cold food.but the order was correct. Maybe next time they will accommodate for timing provided by the customer.

You can't make a phone order and have to order online. You try to make an online order and you need to create an account. No Nando's for us. Thanks for making it overly difficult to order a meal.

Loved the service with a great SMILE! Outstanding well cooked food. Delicious! STAFF IS VERY MUCH VALUE ORIENTED! Mainly Sharnah! She was so much empathatic while I await for my wife to join and she served me hot food for her again! Loved your service! I wish I can give you more than five stars. BRAVO! Keep it up!
