What a terrible experience in customer service, the manager shanah was the rudest person i have ever come across.
She was so rude to a customer before me, she was short and sharp and everything was to much trouble, and could tell she didnt want to be there, the customer wanted a refund as she didnt want to spend another minute there.
Because of her bad attitude she lost my sale as well.
She needs to be taught manners especially when dealing with the public.
And set an example in customer service.
I had a few words to say to her.
She was a disgrace.

I have had the worst experience at this Nando’s which is a shame as I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl. The “manager” Shanah was extremely rude to me as my family decided to sit down when I was standing in line to order (plenty of empty tables, no one behind me lining up) - she was quick to tell me off about this and I apologised as having come here for over 20 years sitting down has never been an issue. Her tone, facial expression frankly scared me as it was extremely aggressive, thankfully the only people I felt comforted by were two lovely customers next to me who stood up for me - they lost my business and theirs too as we both left without ordering.

Shanah was the most unpleasant unprofessional person in service I have ever come across. She spoke to me in a very rude and aggressive manner whilst taking my order and when the customer next to me and I asked her for details of her manager she said she’s the only manager and extended her aggressive behaviour towards them too!

I went back to the store and spoke to the manager by which time her behaviour had changed. The lack of apology was horrible and I will never ever come to this Nando’s again and will discourage others as well. The very worst customer experience I’ve had in my life and pity it’s a place I used to love!

I was served by a kind young asian girl who was very efficient in taking my order. She made sure that I was taken care of, apologising for the wait, despite my order coming out within around 5 minutes. Great service and atmosphere!

Shana served us today. Very busy because obviously short staffed but that’s not the staffs fault. People need to have manners and respect. Everyone is just doing their job. 1 customer yelled at her for being rude, she wasn’t rude, she was just running around too quickly and trying to give everyone’s food on time. People need to understand it’s not the staffs fault when they are short staffed. Shana was very sweet and caring. She has the most sweetest personality. Keep it up.

After consistently having my menulog orders stuffed up by another location, I tried the parkmore nandos on menulog. After 3 great menulog orders from parkmore, the incompetence from the other location appears to have spread to this location. Burger looked like it had been sat on, chips were lukewarm (being generous there) and the coke I ordered never arrived. After eating what was delivered, I tried ringing the store 6 times in the following 10 mins to rectify, all went unanswered. Frustrated, I called the help desk. Automated message said 2 min wait, after 7 1/2 mins on hold, message said to leave details. 3 days later, no contact from nandos. They are a joke.

Had poor experience with staff Shaina, no customer service skills. Impatient and frustrated staff member

Really outstanding customer service today! Especially from the blonde woman with her hair in a bun who was so friendly, bubbly and helpful to us and all customers in the store. (Sorry I don’t know her name!) I could tell she lifted the whole mood of the store. 10/10 work!

The customer service is generally good, the location is busy at times, there can be a wait time when it comes to food.

I generally get a whole chicken and chips when I eat at nando’s, the chickens on point 99% of the time can’t go wrong.one issue I found with parkmore nando’s is the chips are hit and miss, the chips are generally undercooked and not crispy & at other times cooked correctly, the last batch of chips I got were horrible & I have not gone back since.

Ask for the chips to be cooked correctly and crispy, otherwise risk soggy disgusting chips, quality control is not on point.

Attentive staff. My food has always been hot and fresh. Meets expectations. Normally busy with quiet windows of time. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Worse case can always use food court seating

I frequent Nandos Parkmore every couple of months for quite a long time now and have never had a quality issue. Now today 21/3 5: 40pm, whoever was managing or supervising should be very disappointed with themselves. I cannot even believe what I was just served. The usual, flavoursome, chargrilled chicken lacked anything that made it unique to a woolies roast chicken. Honestly could not tell the difference, did they run out of chicken and just get it from there? The chips, could have been picked up from the trash, and i wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Old, re fried, so bad.

I was looking to spend a bit of money on a good feed, but was heavily disappointed. Coulda spent half the price and went to woolies for a roast chicken and frozen chips! Do better!

I visited the store at 9: 30 pm on 4 /3 /2023
And I been told by the worker they are closed while all the Nando’s store closes at 10 pm. I am very disappointed and will never visit the Parkmore store again

Frankly disappointed in the supremo burger I got. Cost me a hefty amount, and got a burger I could've made at home, with a flat piece of chicken with next to no substance. Chips were good though. Burger was bad.

Should be promoted if she isn't already. 10/10 nicest lady and fantastic people presence. Went in today and she fixed up my meal for me instead of just giving me what she had, the piece I'd chosen was very small/not the best piece.so she came out and asked if it would be OK to upsize for me! Then brought out a few chippies for my little one to eat while we waited
This is the first time since moving to the city I've had someone be so kind and sweet in customer service, such a small gesture but almost made my pregnant sookie self cry haha Love her! Amazing personality and warm welcoming lady.
Her generosity not only made our day, it made the food taste better, made the shop feel warmer and made my smile last longer.
Will most definutly now choose this nandos over any other food in parkmore!

Customer service at front counter was not good, she has multiple wrinkles on her face while taking orders. This is not good for someone coming a good mood and got service like that. Made my day worse.

I think this is one of the best nandos on our side of town. The service is incredible and they go out of their way to help you. Clean and tidy and everything was cooked well and presented nicely.

Just sit down & scan the barcode at your table & order. The burgers were amazing, will take pictures next time, we were far too hungry and it was worth the 15 minute wait.
