Nando's Keysborough

Ordered take away full chicken with 2 large spicy rice and a tender with coke 390ml. The chicken wasn't cooked inside, each of the tenders too small like a chicken nuggets 4 tender nearly $10 but too small and the worst thing is they forgot to put the drink for me. It could be my fault that I didn't check because my hands was full of stuff but still it's also their fault as well that they didn't put the drink in the bag.

Really liked the food here. The chicken was juicy and tender. Will surely eat at Nandos more in the future.

Tasty chicken but too small for what you pay. The most expensive of all the chicken franchisees.

Amazing food nice cashiers nice servers but they always give us large chips when we ask for seriously large chips but we get it changed

Every visit has been a positive one. Shana goes above and beyond with amazing customer service. She was such a delight. Highly recommend this store!

Previously I had Nando's in Kuala Lumpur and it was mind blowing. I have a feeling like Nando's here is not up to the mark but still I like to give it a 3 star

Ordered to dine in with a friend, waited 30 minutes and still no food. Went up to the counter and asked how much longer it would take.they told me that they had forgotten my order and hadn’t started it yet, got my food 10 minutes after I complained with no apology or acknowledgement of their mistake. Very unhappy with the customer service.

We can't find the same taste of pita and burger like before it ised to be.
Wish that Nandos would bring back it's old receipe.

I have been to several Nandos in Melbourne but the food on this franchise is the best. DELICIOUS.

It's a Nandos. Service is solid and the food is consistent, as a former employee of a different store I'll tell you that I eat here often, there are others that I refuse to eat at *cough* Narre Warren *cough*

I eat here at least twice a week the food is always exceptional and the staff are warm and friendly.

Nice enough. Service was good and food came out quickly enough. I generally like the chicken and chips at any Nandos and this one was also good (not dry and overcooked). If you're at the centre, try it. It's not in the food court either.

Make sure you check what you are being charged for. I complained about the expensive charges and was ignored. I checked the bill when I got home and was able to use my reading glasses. I found I had been charged twice for drinks (wine) I also complained to Nando head office but that was ignored also.

Very tight on servings compared to other nandos store, and also forgot to bring out two large chips, when the store wasn't busy. Never again

Stood waiting to be served for 10 minutes, no one else in line, two tables seated, 1 person waiting for food standing, and three employees. Wasn't acknowledged and wouldn't even make eye contact with me. One guy eventually looked at us and then proceeded to stock the fridge. It was 9: 20-9: 30. They close at 10. If they were not taking any more orders or something like that they could have at least told us.

Food was great, busy and a bit messy with tables not being cleared quickly enough, again because BV they were busy.

It took 45min to cook chips, the wrap looks like someone wrapped it with their feet. Wouldnt go back even if I was starving to death.
