67Brown lettuce in the salad, extremely dirty glasses and water bottles. Chicken and garlic bread were yum though. Definitely won't be eating here again as we got the overall vibe that it is not a clean place.
Burger has been burned twice now on separate visits. Staff not as friendly as other nando franchises
Disgusting. Not only did I witness several cockroaches as I was eating my meal I also witnessed the manager sneeze over someone's order. This obviously accidental but proceeding to bag the meal up and give customer order is beyond revolting.
Food is below average.

This is one of the better Nando’s going around. We prefer this one over the one at Karingal that’s for sure.
Ordering is a breeze, the restaurant is always clean and staff are happy to help with anything you need.
It can get busy, like most food options in Frankston, on a Thursday, Friday and
Saturday night.but that’s expected given there is a cinema complex next door.
Can’t fault this store at all.the only issue is Nando’s price for their portion sizes.
Closes 20 minutes before their sign on the door said on a Friday and wouldn't answer their phone at all
I got cooked on weed after nando's, good for those doinks.but in all honesty good place for food love the chicken cooked perfectly, Leo was the person who served me very fast and cooked my chicken like i said it was cooked perfectly.
No option to order online and doesn't answer their phone. I don't have 45 minutes to spare on my lunch break to wait around. Pretty pathetic service when you look at the cost of things. Really disappointing as I had an approximate $100 order to place.
