Ordered online, food was delivered to the wrong house. No follow up from driver questioning house number? Nothing. Just delivered to the wrong house and left. Attempted to contact the restaurant and was hung up on 6 times, straight to voicemail. Absolutely appalling.

Just went to the Frankston store and Tiffany served us and treated us in a really professional and genuine way. She showed us to our seats and asked if there was anything else she could get us as we got our meals. She also said goodbye as we left. Her customer service was amazing, if I got this service at a top restaurant I would be very happy with it! The meals were also delicious and everything was on point! Couldn’t fault it at all! Please send your thanks and appreciation to Tiffany at the Frankston store.

Call up to check they close at 10pm and then get there and told kitchen shuts for dine in at 9pm. Not helpful at all and misleading

Last 2 times I've come in been told that it's at least a 25min wait. However this time I was told that they don't have chicken and that would be 40 minutes.such poor time management and customer service at this store I will not be returning. I was waiting for my order and it was past the time so I went up to ask and my order has been sitting there for about 10 minutes I said to the girl you didn't call out my name she wouldn't even look at me and said we did multiple times I once again said you didn't call out my name - so my name is Nikkita they had written the order as Mikkita and had been calling out Makayla, I don't understand how the person who served me didn't even acknowledge the order was for me. I had to come back to the store as they did not put in my sauce, once home I come to realise my cheese and bacon burger does not have cheese. I will be taking this further as such bad reviews and no accountability

Worst nandos I have ever been to. I would have given 0 stars if possible. Everything was terrible about it, food, service, cleaning, staff you name it. Please save your money and time.

You must be required to have an IQ of under 40 to manage Frankston Nando's. Its is by FAR the worst Nando's i have ever been which is just mind numbingly unbelievable seen as though most others are great. To whom ever works here, in particular managers - Stop, think about your life and the choices you have made. For example 1) making chips for a delivery atleast 30min prior to them being picked up. 2) using chicken fillets on burgers that make up 15% of the coverage needed. 3) for never clearing your answering machine so NO ONE can get through.
I mean there is dumb and then there is Nando's Frankston.

Last visit food was stone cold, straight in bin, tried again tonight 55mins in for chips so sad, no none cooked chips he said I should have told him when I wanted my take away order to start, never again

Absolutely atrocious service.

Ordered takeaway at 5: 50 pm to be told it will be ready at 6: 11 pm.
Order was finally ready at 7: 00 pm only to be half fulfilled which I found out when I arrived at home.
Didn't get the "full" order until 7: 50 pm which was still not complete.

I'll never be eating here again, nor will I be ordering from Nando's again.

Wasn't too impressed. Got two Halloumi burgers and came with two tiny little pieces of chicken and two pieces of Halloumi on an untoasted "Portugese" bun that is identical to the ones you get from Coles. Didn't feel like it was good value for money.

Lady who served us was pleasant.

Just went there this Sunday the 26th of February 2023 and stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes before a staff came up to me, and I asked for a table, and was told just sit anywhere, had to go and get my own menus, then after being ignored another ten minutes, I walked up to the counter and was asking if I could order, the tall skinny one with no name tag, told me to sit on the table and QR CODE, What I wanted, and pay by card, I said I wanted to order directly and she rolled her eyes and said OK THEN, then disgruntingly took my order, and charged me $40 for a single burger and chips and 2 drinks, and after all that, I tried to pay cash, and was yelled at, card only, then had to ask another waitress to wipe my table as it was super filthy, finally my food came out ten minutes later, and I asked the tall skinny waitress for some cutlery, and was abused it’s just there, get it yourself, so I had to get up from my table and go and get cutlery, that the tall skinny waitress was standing right next to, I was flabbergasted how rude she was, whilst I was there, I took my son to the toilet and was greeting with splattered poop all over the floors everywhere, where I was forced to come out and beg one of the waitress’s to clean up, So my son could use the restroom, after being overcharged for what was once a premium food and premium service, the food tasted very disappointing.
Not anywhere as great as it used to taste a few months prior, at another nandos location, which was magnificent with great service and smiles and very clean. The Frankston store was ridiculously filthy with sticky half filled sauce bottles that hadn’t been wiped in months, the service was deplorable, and the tall skinny waitress was the rudest girl I have ever come across in my life, none of the staff had any name tags and no one was forthcoming with there names, so I was forced to use descriptions in this review only I’m sorry, there was no sign of any clear management and I feel really sorry for the owner of this store, who is clearly losing a fortune with such a filthy restaurant with bad service as well and zero quality control for the usually high quality food nandos is known for. NANDOS, please don’t try and get us valuable clients to sit at a table and struggle to order and pay, through a complicated QR CODE PROCEDURE, which is messy unreliable and plainly just rude, offer food table service again with happy staff, that accept cash or card, and being nandos back to what it once was, a clean high energy fun place to eat, with upbeat music, and great service, I also sat there in silence with no music that nandos is famous for, please please please NANOS, go and sort out your wells st frankston store while you still have any customers left, Thank You

I used to pay cash before here but not anymore because they become a cashless place that has put me off from ordering from here and after paying for my food I could here the worker talking really loud about us and then they came with undercooked chicken and as we left they have the nerve to say hope you enjoyed knowing really well that they uncooked the chicken as it was really red near the bone

Ordered a burger from here today. Absolute worst burger I’ve ever had. Avocado was as solid as a carrot. Just gross. Service was okay. Do not order a burger….

The overall state of this store was nothing short of disgusting and disgraceful. Nando’s head office should take a good hard look at this franchisee and issue some serious warnings. But given the amount of terrible reviews on here over the last few months, with no reply, clearly nobody is paying attention.

5 completed customer orders sat on the counter for 10 minutes before and employee begrudgingly delivered them to each table. Customers even approached the bench asking if they needed to pick up their own order. Both the store greeter and manager on duty ignored the completed orders, and continued to walk past it multiple times with no intention of delivering the complete orders to waiting customers. I might add, the restaurant only had 6 people sitting in it at this time. And 4 employees working the restaurant.

When the meal was FINALLY delivered, it was cold and soggy. When we enquired about the missing cutlery, we were told it was in the dishwasher.

2/3 of the tables had food scraps and rubbish on them.

We were not the only ones disguised with the service and state of the restaurant. It was apparent by the look on other customers faces.

Shame on you Nandos, you charge a premium for your food, yet you think this is acceptable conditions for ur customers.

I’ll never return.

Put in order, went to pay and was told card only. We had cash to pay but they wouldn’t take it. Cash is legal tender! So So stupid, never going back

I ordered 3 items off the menu. I was told it would take 15 minutes which I fully believed as it wasn’t too busy. I didn’t get my food until 40 minutes later! The people in the back didn’t seem very worried for a while there, pretty disappointed that I had to wait that long for such a little order!
