Nando's Frankston

Ordered a meal at 11: 30 today. Checked my bag when I got into my car to Find out I was missing items. Went back to the store and the customer service was terrible. No apology or info to how long it would take for the rest of my order to be cooked. They then started gossiping in the kitchen right in front of me, without giving info to how long I had to wait. Not happy with the service or communication.

My partner was refused service after ordering because she only had cash on her and no card. And then the staff pointed and laughed at her no wonder you have so many bad reviews you should be thankful for the minimal work that your company gets in Frankston.
As long as the merchant has a sign at the counter that lays out these terms, which is visible to customers before the point of purchase, it is within its rights not to accept cash. "
they must make that clear before you order (and therefore before you enter into your "contract").

There was most definitely no signage at Nando's regarding cash only
(COVID-19) virus survives best on non-porous materials, such as plastic” BIS adds that “debit or credit card terminals or PIN pads could transmit the virus. ” taking that into consideration I personally find it very uncomfortable to pay with my debit card when Nando's Frankston do not sanitise there card terminals or pin pads.

Wouldn't accept cash as a valid form of payment, so lost me and many others as customers forever.

Ordered from here about a week ago and all I have to say is "Price's high". $13 for a burger that was half decent what a joke. Where do you come up with these prices absolutely ludicrous. Even if we did the things off of the burger still the same price (even though that's in every business) this place is a joke!

They never fail to disappoint when you order delivery from here. Tonight my drink was missing, as happens 90% of the time that I order from here. The chips were stone cold like they had been sitting for 20 min before my order was packed. The chicken was still pink in parts. And the order arrived 15min later than the latest delivery time due to the restraint delaying the order (my delivery driver picked it up as soon as it was ready and arrived very quickly) Thank god I ordered hummus and pita bread because otherwise the only edible part of the order would have been the scraps of cooked chicken I could salvage.

No longer accept CASH as payment? I am not supporting any business that is playing any part in trying to bring in 'cashless society'.

I have never felt more cultured visiting a resturant.it saved me thousands of dollars on air tickets, time, dodgin the big C (corona virus) it took me back to my days in sunny portugal sadly havnt been back since that poor girl Maddline Mccan went missing! Never the the less one simple visit took me right back to that euphoric feeling of feasting on that succulent juicy spiced chicken!

Caters for, if you have a bad back.there booths are perfectly cushioned and supportive for my buldging disks.with great leg space under there oblong wooden tables.one of my next favourite things about this store is they arent stingy with there condiments.when you ask for some sauce they bring out a whole dish for dipping and endless amounts of serviettes for my messy chops.and last but not least the staff, they are amazing, because we are such a regular there we know them all now and they are all so friendly efficiant and accomodating.but there is one particular staff member that we need to address, and its the gorgeous man thats perfectly sculpted by god himself, his jaw line is as straight as the eiffel tower.legs the size of a mature tree stumps (we can tell he doesnt skip leg day) he has a battle wound on his face which just makes me weak at the knees as we know eating a whole chicken isnt attractive and its a bit off putting ripping apart a dead carcass of perfectly cooked moist chicken with him in the background whilst trying to stay cute.stay golden nandos see you friday 9.30 xx your fav customer

Went in for lunch today, I would have given a gokd review because the man on the register taking orders was helpful and friendly. But when I received my side of corn, which I was looking so forward too, it came out plain. I asked the young female who handed it to me if it had lemon and herb basting. She said no, I said can I please have lemon and herb basting, she said we can't give it to you once it's been served. I said we'll I definitely requested lemon and herb basting. She said the order didn't say that. I said ok can I please have some and I'll put it on myself. She said sorry we can't give it to you I said can I have butter then. She said we don't have butter, I said well what can I have with my corn please and she said any of the sauces like mild, med ect. I wasn't happy because I was looking forward to my lemon and herb corn and it just tasted like plain homemade boiled corn that I make at home. Not the nice usual flame grilled corn with basting.

The taste of the chicken is very normal. I prefer Nandos of Chadston. I don’t recommend eating at the outside area as the seagulls won’t let you eat and can drop on your food

Ordered takeaway from here Saturday night.

The chips were soggy and lacked salt, and the power bowl salad didn't come with its dressing. The wrap we ordered was soggy.

Definitely not to the same standard as Carrum Downs Nando's, which has much higher quality.

Never had a bad experience with this store, however I’ve never left a review. That all changed when I dined at the store on 11 Jan. The staff were friendly, the food was hot and fresh and just perfect, and the overall vibe was awesome.

Would not take my cash to pay for food! Checking into whether this is legal or not? Do not eat at nandos, they are clearly supporting a cashless economy.

Brilliant service! HEATHER WHAT A STAR! She served all 7 of my crew at 9: 30 and they closed at 10pm. Food was on point! Perfectly seasoned chips with the extra perri perri salt I ordered. She reminded me about my loyalty card too. So pleased! 5 stars to this store!

Ordered a classic wrap no creamy aioli for takeaway. And peri peri chips asked for them to be only lightly done with the peri peri. Drove 10mins home opened up wrap and it was drenched in aioli sauce and it had bacon, avocado, spinach leaves and feta cheese on it. It should have had just tomato and lettuce on it. The Peri peri chips were drenched in peri salt instead of putting on a light dusting as asked for.
And they were not COVID safe. When clearing tables they did not sanitise them for the next person and the staff did not wash or sanitise his hands after clearing used plates and glasses. Highly disappointed won’t be going back there.

I’ve ordered delivery twice this weekend and both times the food was literally cold. Not just lukewarm but actually cold, really confusing as we live a 3 min drive from the restaurant. Won’t be ordering delivery again.

It’s My Local Nando’s And I Really Enjoy There Food, I Think They Should Expand The Restaurant a Bit Though

This nandos and Karingal, is by far the worst chain. Food takes too long to prepare for something of such low quality. When asking for extras such as periperi chutney, they never add it. And they forget bacon all the time. They only fill the wraps up half way with chicken which is frustrating. The chips are never coated properly. They find shortcuts to everything They

Very cosy atmosphere. Staff is courteous and friendly. I ordered a burger. The taste was acceptable but the bun was very fluffy. This is a franchise so they cannot really control the menu and material. Overall ok for a quick comfortable meal.
