Food was cold, the bread was stale, and the lettuce in the burger was off. Also very dirty and not clean.

Food mostly in-line with Nando’s standard, restaurant is however very dirty and obviously not being cleaned regularly. Tables were dirty and sticky, floors caked in food, dust and grime of weeks rather than just a lacking of between customer cleaning. Given this is the customer area it makes you wonder about the kitchen cleaning

For the last two or three weeks (although, from my experience, this issue seems to have been happening for MUCH longer than that at this location, even before supply and staffing shortages were an issue), I've been trying to get a nice, delicious spicy chicken dinner, but it seems if you turn up at the Frankston store any time after 9PM, (the sign on the window and details when you search for their hours say they close at 10PM), suddenly it's "sorry, we're closed" or "unfortunately we're out of chicken", while one or more bags of food are sitting under the heat lamps and people are tucjing into a full plate of chicken at the tables.

Am I consistently entering the store to find that I am the first person to arrive immediately after they run out of chicken? Highly unlikely considering it's happened so frequently over the ladt 3 weeks. Even less likely when they don't even ask me what cut of chicken I am after. Did they run out of literally everything right before I arrived?

Seems kinda weird for a chicken joint that closes at 10PM to run out of chicken at 9pm when other orders are sitting under the heat lamps and people are digging into a what is obviously a freshly cooked meal with a few bites taken out of it.

It seems to be a staff work ethic issue more than a franchise issue, because if you go to the Carrum Downs location, while they may close an hour earlier, they always seem to cook until MUCH closer to closing time. I arrived around 10-15 minutes before close and they were more than happy to cook whatever I asked for.

That said, when I've arrived at the Frankston store before 9pm, there never seems to be a problem. That earned them an extra star. Congrats on that

Staff were ignoring customers while doing nothing, tables were left dirty and sticky and we had to ask to get them cleaned, which we were met with a glare and silence.super uncomfortable experience and will not be returning to this location.

Oh my god. Zero stars? The girl with the blue hair at Frankston bayside needs to be sacked. Educate yourself on hygiene, manners, customer service and professionalism. What a disgrace to the nandos brand. I will never ever come back here ever again. We waited 30 minutes after the meals were served for the girl at front of shop to simply bring out a fork. Myself and the couple next to our table had chicken tenders and large salads that clearly required a fork to eat. We had to approach the counter twice, each approach interval being a massively generous 15 minute wait and formally ask how much longer til you bring out a fork. The blue hair girl kept saying they’re coming now and then another 15 minutes would pass. It was mind boggling. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Isn’t this a restaurant? Other staff failed to noticed 2 tables of patrons sitting there With full plates not eating and just staring towards the counter waiting for cutlery. Both our table and the following table had completely cold food waiting. On a side note, our drinks were pulled from their plastic slab packaging off the floor as they had no cold drinks in the fridge to supply on a 32 degree day. If that was my only issue here I’d get over it but the fact that this brainless girl with blue hair couldn’t fulfil a request for a fork for 4 people just blows my absolute mind. She finally came out 30 insane minutes after our meals were served! She forcibly banged them down on our table with her hands all over them. It was revolting. She was immature and strikes me as a very simple human. Serviettes were also stuck in the main dispenser and inaccessible for the entirety of our time there. She never once apologised or seemed to recognise her own complete lack of customer service. She honestly appeared to be dumbfounded by our repeated request for a plain old fork to eat with. We are not animals. Do yourself a favour Frankston and avoid this particular franchise. We deserve better than this joke of a nandos.

Food is great. But we are there right now and the girl serving with died red hair is downright rude. Not just to me either.no offence taken. There are no drinks to choose from. That girl is enough to put me off for good.

Waited forever for my paella and it came out with no cutlery (I was sitting outside) …in the 10 seconds it took me to go inside and grab a fork about 5 seagulls had landed on the table and destroyed it…. Hopeless can’t even bring out a bloody spoon, what am I meant to do eat a paella with my hands? I just walked away and left it to the birds: woeful service never again

Ordered delivery and the food never arrived despite the notification saying delivered. No way to contact the restaurant via phone to get support. Support via email is unresponsive.

Venue is extremely dirty, tables are filthy and all the ‘clean’ glass ware covered in finger prints and grease. I had to take our glasses into the bathroom to wash them in the sink as I was not allowing my daughter to drink from it.the workers were not wearing masks and the lady who served us at the counter thought it was the perfect time to eat and drink while taking our order.very rude and un-hygienic
And to top it all off most of our items came out incorrect, wrong flavouring on chicken ect.
There was only 1 other table of 2 aswell as us, so they were not busy.not that that is an excuse
We love Nando’s but will not be coming to this venue again!

In line with Nandos standard.
Friendly service.
Food was good and well prepared, although took 25 mins to come out. (Burger, wrap and chips).
They were short on 600ml drinks.
Overall, pleasant.

Food was not tasting great, rice was not cooked enough. About 3 families were eating, lady walked up to us and said we are closing, can you finish or I will give you take away container to pack and go. We ended up eating in hurry and packing the rest. Worst service ever, would ever go again. They could have told us the timeline when we went for order. Place, Cutlery and plates are dirty and some of the cutlery even smelling. I wouldn’t recommend thinking of current situation and hygiene parameters.

So tonight I took my two nephews (minors) to watch Spider-Man at the movies but decided to take them to Nando’s first. On arrival we were approached by a young, rude waitress who asked for our vaccine passports and when we showed her she refused us entry. Apparently a photo of their passports isn’t sufficient even though with them being minors they don’t have electronic vaccine passports they only had the paper document from Medicare that they had a clear photo of. We tried reasoning with her but she wouldn’t and turned her back on us. The restaurant had two customers but other than that it was empty. The boys had recently arrived from Queensland and their documentation was fine for an interstate flight and was also fine in the restaurant we chose to go to after Nando’s and also fine in the cinema. This pathetic power tripping attitude ruined the mood for the night and was completely unnecessary. Times are hard enough without someone making it harder and not because of policy but because she personally wanted to go the extra power tripping mile. As much as I love a Nando’s I will never step foot in frankston Nando’s again.

Been refused entry despite being double vaccinated and having a printed copy of immunisation history statement and ID on me. Educate your staff on what is legal proof of vaccination. Good luck to anyone with a flat phone or no smart phone.

Staff were so upbeat and friendly! And all of them were wearing masks which is hard to find! My difficult vegan order was 100% correct and yummy and the venue is very spacious and clean ️

This would have to be a zero-star review, if only was an option. Terribly over priced, chicken was charred badly ruining flavour and aroma. Chips soggy, cold and drowning in salt. Miniscule portion sizes.overall extremely disappointing considering good experiences in the past.

Probably should wipe tables down considering we just came out of lockdown.
Don't have to be rude about being asked politely to do so when their is literal sauce left on the table from the last patrons - then to spray directly out into the air with our food sitting next to it. Also you missed a spot. Nice.
