72Poor service and poor quality of food. Burgers and pitas are assembled in such a sloppy manner. Staff and chef need training.
You get what you expect with a Nandos. Often Epping plaza Nandos can be busy and there can be a long wait for food, either pickup or done in.
We found a spider in the letuce and tried contacting the store, no one answers for 30 min so we call the headoffice where we are promised a refund, never got one till now its been one month. If anyone wants to see the photos ask nandos headoffice. If you like insects in your food go here its the best for that.
I ordered take away they added bacon in a chicken wrap called 3 times from home no answer and just refunded the wrap and apologized and said they were to busy to answer the phone
Sorry us not good enough and didn't even get compensated for going back which took 15mins to get there
My daughter was disgusted and thru out all the tooth brushes and cryed because she ate bacon and it's against our religion
Best nandos to eat at with friends and familys getaway staff members are so friendly and polite full always serving the customers on time at the receptions gotta love each meal on deck shout out goes out to they're business community i give them my respects to it always like a family to me!
Food was great but the service was terrible. Multiple empty tables that hadn't been cleared, but no clean forks or side plates. The staff member who should have been clearing and cleaning was replacing napkins at a snail pace then taking a single item back to the kitchen at a time.
Food is great. Staff are friendly and the price isn't too expensive. I would definitely come here for takeaway but the same cant be told for dine in. Tables are often messy and the store doesn't have enough people cleaning tables and picking up plates. That being said, i still enjoy coming to get takeaway from here. 4/5
Bad service. Asked for plates and cutlery staff was long faces. Toilets dirty. Won't be going back.

No different to most Nados other than its a bit larger. With more places to sit and also many places to sit for large groups.
Bbq Churascco ribs are chicken ribs! I thought it was pork/beef ribs but then the taste is great. Works best with corn/chips.
