Nando's Epping Plaza

Clearly mentioned to give leg pieces but instructions were totally ignored by the staff for the second straight time. None of the pieces were leg.

Ordered lunch to be delivered. It was less than 2 km and the driver took 25 mins to arrive. Upon arrival, the food was very cold and weren’t able to eat the chips.complained to that customer services but didn’t have good outcome.
Save your money either eat in a restaurant or pick up - Nandos delivery options is the worst.

Glad they are open till 10pm as all near-by restaurants were closed already. Food was enjoyable as usual. Ordered a hollumi chicken burger with half chicken. Our bill was only $25 for which we decided to pay cash but they don't do cash at the moment probably due to covid. Another thing i would to add is they do not have an updated printed menu so when the lady working there gave us the bill it had slight cents higher for which she apologized.

Great service by Bhavesh. He gave proper attention to me and suggested the best item from menu. The burger patty was well cooked. Highly recommended

Ordered half chicken and large peri peri chips via delivery. Chicken was cold, Chips were soggy and plain. I can understand the team could have been under the pump but not fair to compromise on the food (free delivery offer). Tried calling store but not reachable and tried calling customer care not reachable. Highly disappointed with the delivery. If this was the case, I would have picked the food from the outlet

Good food, nice staff, pretty busy. Plenty seating arrangement in the heart of Epping, in Epping plaza with plenty of parking.

We decided to go to nandos in Epping plaza and ordered our food then went to pay with cash and they said they don’t accept cash, this is terrible it’s illegal not to accept cash. Every other Nandos I’ve been to accepts cash. We went somewhere else and they happily accepted cash for our food. This is ridiculous that they would refuse customers money. Never will go there again.

The pick up service for deliveries driver is not good. I’m waiting for long time for 3-4 times. The staff ignoring me. When I said it’s too long. Then the staff girl behave rudely and said wait. She is in attitude. And after long time when i pick order and then the girl post negative review (feedback) on my account. Which doesn’t make any sense.

Really loved the service in here, chicken was perfectly cooked and chips was flavourful.
Their customer service is so friendly, theyre always smiling and attentive to order requests.
Highly recommended.

THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY FOOD.food was cooked well (apart from the hair) but the portion size for a large was small.was very disappointed there was no condiments.especially vinegar, even when I asked I was told they don't do vinegar anymore.the lady who serviced us seemed under pressure and was quite rude to us because of this.very disappointing.

If you want food missing or your requests completely ignored then this is the place to go. Clear instruction to not have feta in the salad but there it is.

Flavours are always random sometimes under seasoned or not grilled enough. Portion chip sizes have reduced dramatically

Honestly I could’ve made a better burger myself at home. Did not enjoy it. The service is disappointing. I had to wait nearly half an hour just for a burger. Won’t be coming back!

Hi I ordered a whole chicken and a half chicken with large side for pick up from epping plaza Nando but when I opened the box it was just grilled chicken without any sauce. I tried to call them so many times but no one answered the phone. It happened with me twice. Really very disappointed

Had my lunch foods alright but the hand dryer in the wash room not working plus there is no paper towel to wipe my hands after i been there couple of times the story the same it would be good if this gets to the managment becoz i would like ti came back

Not as per standards of Nandos. Food was on tables n chairs. Not clean at all. Kept dish cleaning container on chairs. Seating area was torn out. Also staff is very rude. Not going again. Food taste was not good too.

Chicken is awesome, and delicious, also love how we get to pick our spices. Lovely place to eat, the cost is worth it.

Manager was Disgusting, rude, arrogant. Chicken was over cooked, burn, dry. I ordered quarter extra hot and quarter lemon herb. They gave us both extra hot and later on they changed and served the same chicken with lemon herb after a wash. I asked one of the staff to change she even didn’t bother. My kid just have 2/3 bites but manager was saying he ate half of his chicken. So she cannot do anything. Never had such an experience as I am a regular customer. Will never ever back for sure.

They decided to close early because of Valentine's day! How lovely? ! And all that was needed to notify customers is a hand-written note on the cashier saying 'CLOSED' which indicates how much they value their customers.
