I had the pleasure of dealing with Marko and Daniel who diligently served us with the utmost best of care. The chips were fresh and crispy, Paella cooked with perfection and the supremo wrap was absolutely amazing! Good to see theres people out there that still care about making their customers the companies no. 1 priority!

Placed an order for pick-up at 18: 30 and 40 minutes later the food is yet to be ready. This was after I was said it would take only 15 minutes.

Terrible service & never to be visited again.

Came here and ordered chicken, when asked for some cutlery to eat my chicken with I was told they don’t have any because they have to wash them? And was given a wooden fork to eat my dine in meal with.

Worst customer service
They cancelled the order, donot have courtesy to call and inform the customer. Not picking up phone. Kids waiting desperately for the food and its so unprofessional and disappointing
: (cant order from anywhere else. Ruined our friday night.

Horrible slow service, waited an hour for food and they wouldn't clean the tables. Everything was dirty.

After a 40 plus minute wait I finally received my order. My chips and supremo wrap were so cold, they may as well have come out of the fridge. My corn was inedible. It was charred on one side and mush on the other and had a severely funky taste of gas. My ribs were barely cooked and soggy, had literally no colour on them. Terrible. Then I ask how much longer will it be, it's coming up says the manager. I ask is my hot sauce bottle, perinaise dip and water in there too, he says yes.
To his credit there were 3 perinaise dips.
No water though.
But if I have to find a positive, the hot sauce was hot. That's about it. Won't go back there again, will drive further away to the other side of epping because they get it right.

All in all food needed to be reheated. Ribs needed to go back into the airfryer to cook with the chips. Corn went straight into the bin. Awesome cheat day experience

This will have to be the worst food I have ever had at Nandos the only good thing was the half chicken was hot but burger was Cold and bbq Ribs was dry and in pieces

Ordered using the app, pretty user friendly. Bbq chicken tasted very strongly of lemon and herb basting, chips more to the heavy seasoning which is fine. Did t receive drinks and had to go up and a wait for someone to attend the register. Average visit, food was fresh and wait wasn't too long

Such great service, especially from a young man named Anmol.

Chicken was succulent and full of flavour. Chips were perfectly seasoned. Will definitely be returning.

Loved the quick services. Guy taking orders was super enthusiastic, I needed a veg serve as well. He advised everything and made a special meal for us. Great experience

Went here twice, were not allowed to dine in. Takeaway only. The staff seemed totally uninterested.

Staff is good but everytime we go they say sorry chicken is finished, it is happening on last 3 visits. They say our "chicken farmers are isolating"

Go there every week.went today, waited in line to give my order as I always have problems to order from qr code.but ok not an issue.but to wait in line.for so long, only to b told.no dine in only take away.sign said no ribs.ok cool.and then only to be told no wraps.please put signs up, as u have, close door behind u.check in. I'm in hospitality.acknowledge ur customers, and update them.whilst they are waiting for so long.

I just recently had a whole chicken from Nandos here and it was really good. I reckon it was the best Nandos I've ever had. Although, Highpoint was also pretty good. Secret is-tell them to make it well done:)

On an unusually busy Thursday night (last day before lockdown) this place was absolutely packed with customers however the staff where still so kind and professional, working together to get orders out! Food was still top quality!

I have honestly never experienced such bad service in my entire life, I don’t usually leave negative reviews but this deserves one. Me and my friends came past and were served by a young man in his teens, he repeated our order back to us and it was correct when it arrived we were missing halloumi chips, Fries were cold and a burger was given instead of a wrap. We ordered a salad with no onion or tomato and there was both onion and tomato in it, when we advised the staff we watched them pick the tomato and onion out, mix the salad leafs around to look like a new salad and brought it back out to us. The teen that served us was on his phone the whole time during this texting/doing whatever he was doing. We came back the week after and placed an order and were told it would be max 30 minutes which is fine, we waited and we got our orders an hour and 10 minutes after paying at the register. One of our orders was a wrap but brought out as a pita. In our other order there was tomato when we asked for no tomato, and one of our feta and avocado pitas had no feta throughout. And our tenders were brought out an hour and a half after the initial wraps. This is absolutely shocking service. I understand if you are running behind and it is super busy but don’t tell us it will be 30 minutes and bring out our meal an hour and a half later.we had appointments to be at which we were late as we were advised our food is coming right now every 10 minutes to keep us waiting and not as for a refund. And on top of that getting all our orders wrong multiple times. I think nandos should take a look at their staff and provide proper training as they’re more interested in their phones than they are serving customers.
