The service is very very bad and the staff handling is bad.too long waiting and bad attitude from staff

Worst service I have ever received anywhere. I have a 45 min lunch break went to nando's and ordered takeaway. After 25 minutes I asked how much longer I had to wait and was told another 15 minutes, that's my total lunch break. I told them I didn't have time to wait and asked for a refund. They said a refund? I said yes my lunch break is over and need to go back to work. After attempting to do a refund, unsuccessfully they then went around and made my meal. I will never go back again

We had a bad experience at Epping Nandos, dirty place, not much proper cleaning, food was also not good, the chicken seems to be boiled and was not proper portions. Chicken tenders were hard and dry, spicy rise were overcooked.

Loved it. Came here for lunch and it was quiet and not too busy. As we eat halal food, they assured us that they can prepare it separately. We really appreciated that. Lovely food, service and great atmosphere

I am total dissapointed about this Nando's, it took ages to be served, the paella was burnt, they gave us the wrong drinks, and other table's order, they tried to minimise with vouchers, chefs on the phone chatting, sorry not going anymore.

Terrible customer service. Went to order a half a chicken with x2 leg pieces and rudely got told that they can’t do that. We said that dalton road does this. And they said well this isn’t dalton road.

Shouldn’t there be a standard menu and practice along all nandos? There was no sign stating ordering requirements. If I ordered two quarter chicken leg pieces that would be acceptable but a half a chicken with two isn’t?

A customer before our order left as well due to be unhappy. Zero customer service skills. Manager should be fired

Chips and chicken were just warm after waiting 15min for the meal. Had to ask twice for replacement chips. Very average service here.

It took over an hour for our food to be delivered. They are painfully slow! I wouldn't recommend coming here for dinner on an empty stomach!

Good food. The sauce is just a chef's kiss. Also a good portion of chips as a side. You may have to wait on a busy day for like 15-20 min

Normally go to Nandos in epping since it's close to work. Only gave it 4 stars because I asked for extra bbq sauce basting for my meal. I found the chicken a bit dry and under flavoured which is a shame since they normally get their grilling spot on

Staff are not trained whatsoever, they don't know how to speak to customers, simply don't know the meaning of respect. Who says "this is not a charity" to someone. Curly hair guy made us never want to go back there again as he was very disrespectful. The food was awfully cold. Barely had any food in stock yet the shop was still open. It doesn't make sense The manager was still nice compared to the staff. I hope this place gets better for it to run in the future.

Today 15/1/23 at 445 pm I went to Nandos at Epping plaza tomcat some cheken for dinner, when I tried to order some dinner I was confronted with a very rude and unprofessional young girl attending orders today it was surpricing how irritable aggressive this young person I am a strong believer that what even going on in out personal life we need to try not take it on other people. I also believe that that young girl attending others at Nandos Epping plaza really needs some extra training and provably some emotional support as she was clearly not coping with what ever was affecting her mind this afternoon I can only say that I feel empathy for that young girl and not frustration for terrible customer service.

Nando's restaurants always offer a tasty, vibrant and affordable menu, but the issues are always with the ordering process and some of the staff.
Wanted to dine in; lots of empty tables, yet most were occupied with dirty plates and rubbish. I waited at the sign near the entrance, which said "Wait to be seated". No one attended to me for a while, and it was only when another couple approached the counter and asked, were they told that you had to go straight to a table and order from the QR code. We were waiting at the sign near the entrance for a while, so why did no one come and tell us?
My order was very basic, but took a long time to arrive. At least the food was good.

I just recently had a whole chicken from Nandos here and it was really good. I reckon it was the best Nandos I've ever had. Although, Highpoint was also pretty good. Secret is-tell them to make it well done:)
The service was really good. And guy Akil was really nice.
The price was 26 dollars

Great restaurant, staff are friendly! The only negative is that there always seem to be a lot of dirty tables with left overs on them, which makes it frustrating to find a seat. The food is well worth the wait!

Overall service was not very pleasant, the person taking our order kept rushing us even though it wasn’t busy while we were there. Ordered Perri Perri chips and they had no seasoning at all, not even salted: (the burger was fairly average too, the bun was very soggy and it all fell apart after two bites. Overall still a fan of Nandos just not this particular chain

First change your bloody time online, when you have 10pm and upon getting there at 8.15pm it is already closed.

Ordered almost 70 dollars worth of food then cancelled because the guy at the counter refused to sell.me a rap bread on its own,
I was there 2 days ago and had no issues
This will no longer be our regular nandos restaurant.

Walked in at 7: 40pm to be told we are closing. Despite they close at 10pm. Terrible service. Went to tgis instead who were happy to have me

Very bad customer service by the team members. Never recommend anyone to go there. Team members are very rude
