Best charcoal chicken ever. Have eaten at quite a lot of Nandos outlets but this one has been one of the best so far. Chicken was so juicy and succulent. Place was clean and the owner of the franchise was himself servicing customers. Although it was a rush time even then we were served food quickly. Loved the chirpiness and lively ambience in there. Flavour was on point. Will be going there again for sure.

Food was good and fresh only thing was they were so busy had a 25min wait but this was advised before.

Food was as always amazing. Not to mention the service! This is what you call customer service. Such a warm and inviting environment.

It's an extremely rare occurring where a restaurant makes me quote Gary Neville, but in this instance my half-chicken was unbeliiiieeeeeeeeevablllleeeee

My new nandos stopped going to Watergardens as there hopeless but I love the staff here very friendly, food well good, they answer the phone and they never run out of chicken and chips. Great place highly recommend and the store is clean.

Came here on a holiday with my family around 2 weeks ago, and the kids felt like having Nando's so we decided to come here instead of the other store nearby at another shopping centre. I had left my wallet in the car, but the boy on duty (I believe his name was Nick as the manager on duty addressed him when requesting to the meals out) promptly seated the family and calmly said the bill can be settled later as well. Nick was very quick to realize we hadn't ordered drinks and brought us some tap water and cups. Not only the customer service but the food was cooked to perfection and the manager on duty had an eye out to ensure everything was going smoothly. Excellent service once again and I would recommend to anyone. The kids were extremely happy with the colouring kits and balloons they received. Couldn't forget the remarkable experience at this store so I had to review it despite it having been some time now. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Seriously really dissapointed with the service.
I sent my mum out to get us nandos and I received a call as she arrived to our house telling us that they forgot to add half of our chicken.
So the owner asked us to come back and give them a chance to give us the rest of our order. I made my fiancé drive 10 mins there and 10 mins back home to get the rest of our order until I realised that all our food had gone cold and the order was wrong anyway! They also over charged my mum for the drinks because they sold out of the large ones.
Seriously no one likes to spend close to $50 on cold take out and have to waste our time driving up and down. The least they could've done is made it all fresh for us.
Seriously I thought this place was good until this happened. Thanks for the apologetic chocolate mousse but that's not really what we wanted.

Good friendly staff, busy in evenings and on weekend and usually have wait time of 15-20 min, which is not much bad comparing to some other Nando’s in melbourne.

The food there is a little pricey but it's worth it. The chicken has a distinct taste due to its seasoning and way it's cooked. The staff were friendly and happy to serve us. I recommend dinning there but be prepared to spend.

Really the best nandos in the western suburbs. The manager with the glasses never ceases to make us feel welcome. 10/10

I love this place. The staff are super friendly and are understanding. The manager is very sweet and humourous but there was one little dissapointment; when the menu changed my favourite meal (supreme wrap) tasted worse with the yoghurt and did not have the old recipe for supreme wrap like i liked. Thankfully, there are still some meals that i enjoy eating at nandos.

Its very bad experience of mine, today i bought paella grande and i found hair in it. Is this the way to serve people? Dont waste your money, time and health.
