Great customer service. I usually go to Watergardens, but they had run out of chicken (very weird, I know). I came to this Nandos instead, and was so pleased with the great service and food. Will definitely be back.

Just another Nandos where Chicken is concerned but this store has very pleasant staff. Courteous and friendly. Order was processed quickly and correctly. Ready when advised.

Food is always amazing and so is the customer service, the owner Is a one of a kind he always delivers 200% customer service satisfaction. Friendly and lovely staff. They always cook our chicken the way we love and always spot on.not burnt nor over cooked. Keep it up guys.

Third time missing item on a dilivery/pick up. Never refund my money after getting refund detail. Pathetic. Never again.

They think they are the only ones who makes chips in this world. Maccas and hungry jacks don’t make chips at all. You have to wait wait wait there for their bloody chips.

I think owner himself don't know how to treat people

Dinning at the alfresco area will be a good choice during a good sunny days. $he only downside was the passing cars that can be noisy at times.

Just imagine you order a meal and you find a hair on your food not only my pate, all the three chips.
The chef doesn’t wear a hairnet, disgusting restaurant.
Worst service I’ve ever seen.

Extremely delayed. Ordered online and went to pick it up, they didn't even confirmed it yet. I was told to wait 10 mins. Waited 30 minutes and when approached the staff I was told to wait another 5 minutes.
They keep serving the indoor customers and don't care about online pick up orders.
Waiting 1 hour for a Chicken, No thanks.
Won't go back.

Nandos is my fail safe comfort food. If you cannot figure out what to eat then there isn't anything like their peri peri basted grilled chicken, their peri peri chips, their hummus with peri peri sauce and hot bread. Yum.

Soft succulent chicken with enough basting.cooked to perfection. Always.
Top it up with wonderful customer service. Awesome!

I'm a fan of Nandos in general so there will be some bias in this review. The chicken and chips here have been pretty good and their performance is rather consistent each time I've dined in or taken away. There are times where the chips might be a little overcooked but the chicken is rarely dry which is good. I'll keep coming here for sure.

This is the best Nando’s in Australia. The owner welcomes you each time you enter. The food quality is great and much better than any other Nandos around. Highly recommend.

Love this chicken you must Portuguese recipes so tasty best chicken at Melbourne.you can't compare flavors a little pricey dough. Try peri peri sauce hot. Mayonaise sauce try it with chips. Every time I come back to Melbourne from Los Angeles this is my favorite spot.

I’ve been to so many nandos but this one sticks out the most to me. The chicken is never dry unlike some other stores and the chips are always cooked perfectly. Service is great and just has a great atmosphere. Great job guys
