We had a takeout, they make it just the way we like, Chicken is always juicy and chips always fresh, Good job!

The BEST nandos - chicken is never over cooked or burnt (in fact so JUICY) the staff is so lovely (incl the owner whose always present). Recently they completed a renovation and it’s more beautiful and welcoming than ever. Don’t go to any other nandos, come to Caroline Springs!

Nice ambience and atmosphere. Food was very fresh and hot. Service was good too. Although their HOT peri peri is a lot hotter than the usual HOT at other Nando's outlet I have visited. Hence, please keep that in mind before choosing your peri peri hot level.

This nandos is by far the best nandos in Melbourne for sure! We had nandos across many of the restaurants around Melbourne but none of them even come close to the quality of the food at this one!

We had an exceptional experience at Nando's despite the busy dinner rush. The food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. Despite the high demand, the staff remained attentive and friendly. Kudos to Nando's for maintaining quality during busy times!

Definitely one of the better Nandos outlets. Good friendly service and they are liberal with their basting. Can get quite busy in the evenings and weekends.

As always, food is great but what makes this specific Nando's stand out is the lovely staff they're amazing, polite and welcoming. Aaron has a special welcoming personality that we love and make us feel special every time we go there.

Store gets very busy at peak time, but the team are hardworking, deliver excellent service and efficient. Great food that is grilled properly and nice portion sizes.

How useless do you need to be at your job to forget salt on the chips? … ordered 2 meals one came with salt one didn’t! … are you seriously taking the piss?

Food is always good quality, staff is always friendly - but every time we order for pick up, we end up waiting very much longer than the time mentioned

We had Nando's catering for our son's 5th Birthday and it was absolutely fantastic. Arun explained options available and things we can do optimise the order with number of people we have. Had so may options for kids and adults with mixed Non-Veg & Veg choices. I opted for pickup and food was made ready just on time. The presentation was great and the food was still hot made fresh keeping pickup time in mind. Guests loved the food and the quantity was just right. Thanks to Nando's Caroline Springs for your great food & Service! Will come back again for sure!

Food was perfect, good size servings and lots of basting. Took 9 minutes to receive food after ordering. Quick and tasty.

I can confidently say this is the best Nandos you can go to. The staff is friendly and always smiling. The food is tasty and the salads are always fresh. This is one of the few places I actually don't regret spending my rent money thanks to Arun and the amazing stuff!
