Absolutely magnificent experience
We had our daughters birthday celebration with our friends. Food was served warm and beautifully cooked. Service was quick and friendly. Everything went as planned and we left with memories to cherish

The staff are friendly, and the food is really good. The owner is so lovely, he makes sure that each and every customer is looked after.

By far the best Nando's i've tried, nothing but the best when i've ordered from here or dined in. 10 out of 10

I just don't u demand why people go crazy for Nandos. I paid $17 for 2 chicken strips, a handful of lettuce, and some fetta cheese. Just a rip off!

Excellent customer service! All the staff were lovely with smiles on their faces. Shout out to Aaron the manager who checked on everyone’s food and making sure it wasn’t to hot for our kids. Overall a pleasure to be around. Makes a huge difference to the customer when staff are happy in a work place. The FOOD was perfect! What you see on advertisements is what you get at this Nandos. Not like others especially considering the price. A lot of sauce and flavour. Wraps packed with a decent amount of filling! Finally! Thanks Nandos Caroline Springs! Keep this up and you will be busy all year round!

I have been coming to this Nandos over every other Nandos for years! Not once have I ever had a bad experience. Service is always impeccable, food always fresh and everything always delicious. Last night we made a request for our half chicken to be 2 leg quarters, a simple request that really was just a preference if possible. The whole place was packed and 4 delivery drivers waiting for orders, the gentleman took the time to make sure our simple request was met. This, is why I will always eat my Nandos from this store. Thank you for the many years of great chicken and look forward to many more!

After nothing but terrible experiences with the Melton store (AKA the worst Nandos on planet Earth, My girlfriend and I decided to make the drive to the Carloline Springs store.
And my lord what a great Nandos this is. Everything clean and tidy, condiments, fast food presented in the way it would on a TV commercial, in store dining and friendly staff.
Melton should really read a page from your book.or a chapter.or maybe 50 chapters

Always a pleasure to get my meal from here. The owner is very good, welcoming staff and good preparation as compared to some other Nandos I have been to.

Ordered the paella for 2, was about 3 pieces of chicken in the order, very disappointed.

Very saucy tender loins and well cooked spicy rice. Always go here it's the best nandos in the area. Always packed and heaps of uber drivers waiting to pick up the orders

Highly recommend Nandos Caroline Springs. The owner was absolutely amazing dealing with my complaint after receiving my order from Uber Eats, food was cold. He made it all fresh and after we picked it up he had phoned to check and make sure I was happy with it. Was not rude at all really knows how to look after his customers. Thank you once again.

Genuinely the best nandos in the area. Food tastes soooo much better than water gardens and the owner is just the nicest guy, he went out of his way in a couple of occasions to make sure our food is delivered on time or fresh. Would rather travel a bit more and go to Caroline springs.

Love this Nando's, the staff are friendly and helpful and they know my order really well, you just need to make sure you ask for peri peri chips and not peri peri topping otherwise the middle and bottom bits of the chips won't have peri peri on it. The VEG Pretender protein patty is also very good and highly recommended.

Had dinner here 2 weeks ago, great customer service, great food, generous owner gave extra bowl chips for kid.will definitely go back there

My favourite location. Eat-in or takeaway always prepared well. The boss is friendly, always takes care of you.
