Nando's Burwood East

Not a good experience. Do check your takeaway orders before you leave. They shortchanged me on my side dishes and I had to drive back to claim the missing dish after it was discovered.

This branch has disgusting food and the service is much like the food. I strongly discourage anyone from consuming food from this outlet. Travel to Knox, its 10 min up the road and the food is so much better. I like Nandos but this one needs new management.

Ever since the change in management thia nandos has gone down the drain. Service is dreadful the chicken is always burnt or uncooked. If you can save your money and go elsewhere i advise you do so.

This branch of Nando’s spoils the brand popularity. Service is below average! I would rather suggest you to visit another Nando’s branch elsewhere.

Reminded me of why i love Africa so much, the rich taste, sweet potatoe chips, the decor, it all brought me back home to the streets of Bulawayo.consistent taste across the world. Beautiful.
However, my chicken was a little burnt and the furniture a little too old looking.the lights are a beautiful touch. Service was standard.

I asked for hot supremo burger but they gave me less than mild flavoured burger in my take away so disappointed with the taste.

Nando’s branches differs from one to one. I found this branch is good in terms of the taste of the food. I have been visiting it a lot of times.

Lovely place to enjoy some good quality food. Lovely ambience and plenty of parking around Burwood One. Has a 24-hour Kmart right next to it to walk those calories off too:)

The food was great. The staff &service was great & was quite quick. Their packaging is actually pretty good too. Overall, a good experience.

CHICKEN BURNT TO A CRISP! Worst Nandos experience ever.

Ordered takeaway - opened the box at home and was greeted with charcoal and some chicken as seen in the photos. To the person who cooked this and served it to us - Would you eat this?

Great food, friendly service, however the lady serving was a little confused with the POS system - it took a while to order and I had to confirm everything three times. However, she was extremely friendly and the food was great - well cooked and not too dry. The store was very clean.

The Nando's experience you'd expect. The restaurant layout however is quite small, and the parking at Burwood One atrocious. Can get quite busy.

Very very quick service. And will never forget the tasty food. Vegetarian friendly food is also available.

Mixed up my order but kind staff let me come in and replaced my order and gave me free large chips

The wait time was long and they got my order wrong.

Bought this today 12 Feb 2018 around 2pm, all the chicken were burnt! My wife requested for extra basting, they gave us extra burnt!

Had lunch here today. Got chips and classic wrap mild. Great amount of chicken, super fresh salad ingredients and chips were spot on! Best nandos in a while. Four stars because complimentary tomato sauce was ridiculous! All four bottles were full and yet no matter how hard we banged, shook, hit and wobbled we got five little drops of sauce. Really? C'mon guys think your pouring attachments need to be a bit looser eh.

Of all the nandos outlets we've visited in Australia, this one has been the absolute best. Doesn't cost you a thing to serve with a smile and these guys get it. 5/5 for customer service, friendliness, cleanliness and food quality.

Worst service i've experienced in a long time. Came in for take away chips. Only one counter was open although several staff were behind the counter. Finally i was asked if i was waiting, the girl then realized the register was closed so she turned around and continued to ignore me. Not happy.

I've ordered the same thing from every Nandos for over 10 years. This Nandos is the only one that refused me and then lied to me that they actually gave me what I wanted when they didn't. Seriously, how hard can it be? It's not a michelin star restaurant. It's just Nandos. You have to be really incompetent to not be able to do your job there.
