Just visited Nando’s bought whole chicken with two large side also asked to upsize to seriously large but received small chips and one seriously large what we asked was not given and the surcharge was 15% if you charge them please give us the right order my daughter picked it up so she did not realise trusted the service.

Excellent Way to lose some great customers too

Asked for a Mediterranean salad with no olives and extra Feta, they charged for the extra feta. When I received the salad there was no feta at all and the salad was smothered in sour cream-peri peri sauce was given as the salad dressing. I was unable to return it as it was take away and I didn’t realise until I got home. Terrible!

This is hands down, the worst Nando’s. Don’t bother leaving order notes, they don’t read them. The driest Nando’s chicken I’ve ever eaten when I actually asked for extra basting and I asked for extra peri peri salt and received almost none. The salad was tiny and tasted old and not fresh. Have had bad experiences a long time ago with this store but thought they would’ve improved by now… NOpe! Will never use this store again

Food at this store was good compared to many other stores but few of the staff members were really rude. They need to understand that every South Asian looking person is not food delivery driver. There was a girl on the counter who was treating all the food delivery drivers really very badly which made me think like not visiting store again. They really need to understand that they are human too and they are also doing their job just like them work at store.

It had been ages since I last visited a Nando's but I'm glad a gave it another shot. The chips were crunchy and well seasoned. My spicy chicken wrap was as tasty as I remember, although the wrap itself was a bit stale. And the halloumi sticks were surprisingly good; nowhere near as hard and chewy as other grilled cheese I've had. The place was very busy for a Sunday night and the staff were struggling to keep up. But we left feeling pretty satisfied.

I always come to this Nando’s. Normally it is very good service, very quick for food but when I went there last week This girl called Melinda rolled her eyes at me and left my food in the corner of the table and walked away. She never has a smile on her face. When I picked up my order today she looked at me and walked away and ignored me. Not type of coustumer service you want towards others. My food was sitting on the table getting cold when I arrived. Not happy as I come at least 2 times a week.

Hmm how should a start well I have to say a was freezing my as* off the whole time to the point where there icecles hanging from my arms pits and I can't even start to describe the feeling of them hanging. I also did not get a plate the half time I had to eat off the table and finally when I got a plate it smelled like my grandparents fake teeth when there still in water cleaning and I can't express the descuste while pressing my face up against the plate to smell it. Anyway I give this experience a 2 thanks for the incredible service.

Very friendly staff listens to customers concerns and they also give big portions. Would come again

Really loved the place but the food took a long time and I was there for like 20 minutes and the was laying there the whole time so please do something about this my son was waiting
like 5 hours for me

I loved this place and the dishes. They serve really good chicken dishes with sides. I loved their fries and spicy rice.

Always have pick up on the app turned off and closed the other half of the time, not reliable at all

Well seasoned chicken cooked to perfection. Dined in for Sunday lunch. Ordered two half chickens with sides. Staff were upfront with the delay as someone had made a big order before. The chicken pieces were well seasoned and skin was perfectly slightly charred. Peri Chips were hot and fresh. Rice was undercooked and not recommended. You can add as much hot sauce as required. Overall good experience and good chicken.

How long does it take to make chips? Have them ready and fresh to go in peak times. Simple.

Again, every time I order chicken is not good burn or hard to eat. My kids can eat because the taste is burn. I remember i used my points to order and my chicken is burn and today i used my points and same burn.

Nandos Burwood has been my choice for more than a year now, food is always fresh and prepared with love, keep up the great work.
