Nando's Burwood East

Burger was good. Sweet potato chip's were very salty but the guy was happy to change it and bring me fresh new chip's with less salt good customer service.

Bought nandos through Uber eats and go the wrong order, I tried calling customer service 5 times and they didn’t answer me at all, I even left a voice mail but no answer.

Just ordered a whole chicken and chips here today via UberEat. But the food was wrongly bagged. Been calling them for the entire afternoon and couldn't connect the line. I've been visiting this restaurant many many times and the food is great. It's just the phone call that makes life difficult.

Unfair for people like me who are struggling at the moment, I lost my business recently and my account is in limbo however have enough cash for food for the week. Embarrassing to have to order food and be rejected because I cannot pay with my card only to notice the little "card only" sign on the door or my way out. Will not be spending another cent at any of your stores, cashless shows you are only happy to serve a certain class of customers

Disgusting food, it’s like you’re getting scammed for the food ratio product to the price, in comparison to other nandos. Unacceptable business, it’s like they’re trying to outsmart/scam their customers.

This is one of the last standing Nandos that is actually fantastic.

I hope you never close, like all the others sadly have!

The difference form your quality to the local shopping centre is insane.

We are at the peak of winter season and the heater in the restaurant is not working. Not good at all!

I visited the Nando’s Burwood store for lunch and ordered classic Avacado Goodness Vegetarian Burger meal with Cheesy Garlic mini Pita. I am Vegetarian and have never ate Chicken in my life. While ordering I told at counter that I am vegetarian and asked what are the options in Vegetarian aNd ordered the Vegetarian burger. BUT I was served Chicken burger. When I took the first bite I was totally shocked and felt something is not right and found that it was something else. I did not know it was chicken inside as I never ate one. When I called staff she only told me it is chicken and she realised the mistake in the order served and replaced that with vegetarian burger. But I could not finish that and enjoyed it as feeling of having chicken was still there. It spoiled my lunch.

Friendly service and great food in a nice location. Your usual Nando’s branch — as another reviewer said, they get consistency down well! Food was perfectly cooked and seasoned.

Forgot my dads meal. He was so sad, every time we go here, you forget something. Absolutely clowns

I ordered half chicken and chips today, it was the smallest chicken I've ever had! I can't believe it and they still served as it is, didn't compensate for the size, I paid for same amount of money too, very disappointing. The chips were way too much salt too.

Jordan was very friendly with service and food was as always nice and yumm… but really liked the way we were treated.
We usually go to chadstone outlet and never got this service.

Chicken was very small and the cost of Nando's seems to going up and the chicken gets smaller. Food is always great. Its now becoming a very expensive dinner option because you have to get double the quantity.

Accurate order, great customer service and well cooked and basted chicken. Chips perfect. Well done.

If you love chicken, it's got to be Nando's. Quarter chicken meal is bit too pricy otherwise I would visit Nando's more often.

If you like indifferent service, mis-labelled food and chocolate mousse served frozen and rock hard, Nando’s Burwood East has all you could want and more!

Food was fine but recommend a different branch of Nando’s where the staff are better trained and invited to care about the service they offer.

Order half lemon and herb chicken and chips for my son, turns out the chicken is spicy and they also put chili powder on chips. Does it a rule for you to make everything spicy even when I choose the lemon flavor chicken?

Chicken was cooked well enough, but I ordered large chips and drink and only received a small bag of chips and small Coke. Annoying as I live a long way away. Also as the Coke is bagged, I couldn't see how big it was till I got home. Average experience.

The Mediterranean Salad with chicken was the best salads I had at any Nandos and I have been eating nandos since few years everyday. Great team effort and hard work by the Manager Eddie and his team to make such delicious food and great customer service.

Sometimes chicken is fresh and tasty and sometimes dry.

Basically you lucky if the chicken is freshly done.
