Nando's Burwood East

I got a meal dea here. Did not enjoy my chicken wrap - the lettuce was wilted and slimy, and the chicken was grissely. The chips were also soggy and Luke warm. The only decent thing was the bottle of water. I would not recommend eating here.

The Manager here does a lot of training for Nandos so the place runs like a Swiss watch & you get what you pay for. Excellent service & the food Nandos is famous for.

I was delighted to find this store provides sauce bottles from behind the counter while the others have removed them completely! The bird was a generous size and very tasty as expected however if I had to criticise it was not quite as moist as my current favourite store which is Lysterfield. This was a small but nicely presented store and the service was very good.

Again no sauce on the meat. I repeatedly asked to put sauce but so disappointed for the second time today

We regularly order from them, maybe (3-5 times per week). What we have established 99% - is a trend. If you order during opening hours - 2pm the chickens are absolutely perfect. If you order after 4pm expect the chicken to be absolutely burnt with no sauce remaining but burnt chicken (skin close to charcoal. I suspect they get busy after hours.

Had nandos for the first time. There was a guy name AK who helped to pick the food and it was amazing. Thanks AK for your help.

Nandos Box Hill was permanently closed so we came here. Good branch and friendly staff. Not a very big place though if you come here as a big group.

Food is great good staff and service. They do not accept cash which is disappointing or I'd visit more often

Only gave 1 star because you can't give a zero star rating. We ordered on door dash, we were told our food was cooked, we got the confirmation from the nandos resteraunt and that it was on its way, then it was cancelled three minutes from our house, we were charged and now we are starving and the celebration night for my partners new job is ruined, thanks Door Dash and nandos. You suck

Please do check your take away bag carefully before you leave the store. Reached home and fount out that few pieces of ribs and pita bread are missing from the order. Paid for Large chips and was served regular chips.
Did complained about this at Nando's customer care team but their CCR service on phone and FB is useless and no action was taken by area manager or CCR team.
Not giving them any more business for sure.

Nandos (Burwood 1) went above and beyond my expectaions today. Consistently good. Ordered delivery and paella I ordered wasn't there and upon calling and sorting out they sent me 2 paellas and drinks and mousse to make up for it. Great staff and management, highly recommend.

Ordered a large chips but only gave me a regular chips. I only realised this after eating everything. Deceptive conduct and rather go to another Nando's.

I bought chicken from this Nandos store and got food poisoning soon after eating. I complained the next day, but I haven’t heard back from them yet. Not only did I receive bad food but also bad service. I’m disappointed with this experience and I will never go back to this store.

Having tried nandos from different suburbs, the burwood nandos is by far the worst.
I ordered a whole chicken and large chips. Normally we would get heaps of chips covered in peri peri and lots of sauce on the chicken. Burwood nandos gave us half a bag of chips, no peri peri seasoning, a whole chicken which was dry. No sauce.
Seriously, worst nandos. Will never order from them again.

I am a regular customer at Nando's and this was the first time I went to this particular Nando's in Burwood. My friends and I ordered 2 whole chickens and a large side. Fair to say we won't be going back, and have been put off Nando's completely since - the chicken was extremely dry and flavourless. What was most shocking is that my friends and I could tell it didn't look quite right before we even tasted it - the colour was completely off and the entire dish looked distasteful. The fact that the chef thought it was acceptable to serve it up is frankly offensive. My friends and I left without finishing it because it was borderline inedible. We did not raise it at the restaurant as it was already extremely busy and it took a while to get our chicken in the first place. We were extremely disappointed.

Always awesome experience and safe healthy meals in emergency when one cannot decide on what to eat? ️!

Extremely RUDE staff who talked to customer with no respect!
Nando’s being a chain restaurant should have reviewed their recruitment criteria. Customers should be served at very least with respect.
Being a nando’s regular customer, I’m really disappointed with your customer service, particularly Burwood store.
One of your male staff in the register is a RACIST, treated customers with arrogance and no respect!

Food was great, but my friend and I both got food poisoning from it. Wouldn't recommend if you're not a fan of being sick.
