Nando's Braeside

One of our favourite Nando’s stores always had great service here as we have arranged a few large orders for work and have never been disappointed. Manager has always ensured that our order would be ready on time! This is the only restaurant that actually give you peri peri salt as requested as all other restaurants we have to beg for more salt.

Just called and a staff member placed me on hold, 25 mins later and I’m still on hold I thought I’ll write this review while waiting, and because it’s not the 1st time. Very disappointing. I mean don’t they miss the phone ringing at all? I’m going to stay on the phone until I get there
Update: I got there after 55mins and I was still on the phone, very busy and I addressed the issue to the manager, I got offered a free meal $20 and an apology

One of the best Nandos to go to the customer service is simply Brilliant! Got served by a lovely boy by the name of James today and he went above and beyond to give me incredible service we definitely need more ppl like him across all the resturants in Melbourne keep up the great work James!

They forgot to make our order. When I complained then they did it wrong. What was supposed to be a quick bite too us over 30 min just waiting

Burnt chickwn, legit made so plastic-like I couldn't cut with knife. Don't order-and-drop-off if you want edible food. Honest to god.

This branch is one of the best in the area, plenty of parking spaces, friendly staff members and great service, chicken was well done, the chips was good, i rate 4 star because of long wait time on the food, but to be fair it was very busy at the time.

Went last night paid $7.95 i at one stick of hallumi was not worth $7.95 it was very over priced for what you get

Guy at the counter was nice and welcoming, asian girl serving was also nice and provided good service. The indian girl who was thrashing around cleaning, throwing chairs aside and being overall obnoxious with her cleaning because we were finishing up our meals at 10 minutes to closing time? Despite us asking and being told that it was ok to eat in? Not a nice way to treat paying customers because god forbid you have you have to spend 5 minutes cleaning up after opening hours. I’m sure she was quite proud of her efforts, well be proud of this review you earned the business.

Pretty good in terms of customer service but the issue I have with this as a coeliac was that they cooked the garlic bread on the same plate as my supposed gluten free chicken. Couldn't risk getting ill and had to cancel. Other nando restaurants definitely don't do this and I'm glad I actually saw this before I ate.

Wrong meal was sent out where I had to wait 15 minutes for the 2nd meal. No apology just thrown down on table with not a word.
