Undoubtedly the best restaurant to ever grace the face of the earth. Superfluously kind and attentive staff ensure food is delivered exceptionally quickly, and oh my! Oh my is it good! Overall, without doubt the best dining experience I have ever had the gracious honor of having. 11/10 for this one!

Took 40 minutes on just waiting for 2 chicken wraps for take away.when I recieved my order the wrap was soggy and leaked quite a lot over my pants and down my arm and for my perry perry chips, lets put it this way, I ended up having to drink my wrap to stop the sauce from flowing out and for my chips it was more so coated perry perry with with chips.
Don’t even get me started about the bathrooms ended up deciding to hold on till I get home.

Had to wait 20 mins for half a chicken. Forgot my drink and gave me a plain rather than cheesy pita.

Had lunch there today, the food was ok, but this outlet needs a major refurbishment, the toilet disgusting, dirty walls in the restaurant, the air conditioner vents filthy with what looked mold or grease, I would hate to think what the pipes leading to the vents look like, this is not good enough to be an Nandos outlet in 2022, I think it looks like a greasy spoon

We put a big order through the Nando's app for my family Which came up to almost $90 of food. I waited for 50 minutes which is pretty quick for a delivery. After the driver delivered our order it was completely wrong. It was a burger and a drink. Myself and the driver tried calling the restaurant about 4 times and no one answers. You customers service is disgusting. As a restaurant owner myself I think your staff need to be trained better and you need to have a line for your customers to be able to call and inform your restaurants of their mistakes

This place is getting worse not accepting cash in Australia is disgraceful.
Next can only cut a chicken in half even though they have been cutting them in 8 since they opened.
Need to stop making stupid ideas or things will go the wrong way and the rest of your stores will start closing down too.

Abosultey worst experience at this store chicken strips inside instead of breast and undercooked, asked for extra cooked which they didnt have and replaced with quarter chixken piece which was not cooked and was cold, whats the point of taking the order? And one of front staff is really bad and poor customer service.

This place Never fails. Last time we visited it the food was good. We're not big fan of fast food and restaurant chains but this one offers can't say healthy food but something that pretends to be a close representation of it. Super convince they close late

We ordered whole chicken with chips and salad, very satisfy with the taste. But it just took about 40mns to wait for the food to be served.

Nandos burgers are not good here. Massive bun almost no chicken breast. They give you about 1/4 of the breast, barely find the chicken. Also the whole chickens are tiny, only a meal for 1. The chips are only good when cooked in front of you.

Easily the worst Nandos I’ve ever been to.
First time I tried to go here I couldn’t get on to them via the phone to order or see an option online so I drove down there to find a little bit of scrap paper stating they were shut due to staffing issues- sucked and was a waste of time but I could understand.
Second time I went there the chips were cold and lacking seasoning.
The lady behind the Bain Marie got upset when queried her about the wait time and poor communication.
They also seem to have very poor customer skills and from what I have seen will make no effort to ensure you’re being served.

Third time -and bear this in mind if you make an order online and pay, make no mistake- you have not avoided any lining up or speeding up the process whatsoever, you’ll still have to sit in line to tell them you made an order because unlike every other Nandos (and restaurant in general) I’ve been to, they won’t call your order out.
Sure you put a name in the online order but don’t expect anyone to use it.
They’ll just let you sit there until frustrated you jump in line just to tell them that you are INDEED waiting for an order, not just sitting there for the enjoyable Portuguese background music. Again when I questioned staff about it the lady behind Baine Marie angrily told me everything was my fault and I should have instinctively known that this Nandos was different from all the others.

**edit** The young gentleman who was working the register and was the only one who took ANY notice of me when I eventually gave in to the frustration was very understanding and apologetic despite it not being his fault at all. However his managers really need to up their customer service game and after reading other reviews here it seems messages exactly like this are falling on deaf ears.

Thankfully I love Nandos so I reckon I’ll just drive the extra 5 mins to Parkmore from now on. I’ve never had any issues there.

This is a great Nando's. The food is always served super fast. It is very central to the entire South Eastern suburbs. There's lots of parking. You can't go wrong with Nando's Braeside.

Nandos has gone 'digital' turning a 30 second ordering process in store into a lengthy frustrating ordeal. I have no problems with going digital but please offer alternative means to ordering. Also won't accept cash. People get takeaway because it's quick and easy. Nandos have just made it expensive, difficult and long. Wont be be back sorry.

Main employee was extremely unhygienic, whilst not only through a pandemic but food handling. He was scratching his hair all over the food and wiping his sweat off before handling the food. For 2 meal to take away it took over 30 minutes. Which is ridiculous, and left multiple customers food on the counter before customers have had to come up to ask for there food if it was ready. This is a disgrace.

"Gone digital" for take away orders is a joke. Turns a two minute order into 10 minutes of frustration on a Web site. And have to provide contact details. Won't be doing it again. Multiple people walked out instead of ordering. Losing customers with this.

Staff don’t give a toss. The lettuce on my burger had black and brown rotten bits all over it. Had to send it back. Cutlery was dirty. Table, chair, floors were sticky as. Place is filthy. Saw other customers wiping down their own tables with baby wipes because everything is so dirty. Air vents for air con are caked with black gunk. For a place that asks to see your vaccination status, won’t accept cash and is supposedly following Covid health protocols, this place is a joke. It used to be a decent restaurant. Now it’s just a dump. Train your staff and clean the bloody place up. It’s a disgrace! We won’t ever be back
