Nando's Braeside

Definitely one of the better Nando's. We waiting a little longer than normal but the food was served hot and fresh. A bit sad they have removed the Broccolini.

What an amazing experience we have had today and that "one person" named Casey gave us exceptional service which unfortunately is becoming very rare these days. Casey thanks for the great service and warmth you have given us today, I really am grateful. Thanks kindly

My recent visit to Nando's left me with mixed feelings. The location I initially chose seemed to be understaffed, resulting in them not taking any more orders. Surprisingly, a busier Nando's we visited later had fewer workers but managed to efficiently handle orders. It's a tale of lazy staffing impacting the customer experience.

Very bad experience. I asked for some water and one of the staff said to me go ask at the counter. The girl at the counter saw me and moved away from the counter and asked another girl to attend that. Just for a bottle of water had to water. No interaction from the staff. Never again to this Nando's.

Great place, large restaurant, good atmosphere, perfect for weeknight dinner.
We often go there and their chips size is quite generous compared with others restaurants.

They are the best, they even gave me a cute little note wishing me happy birthday nd also they gave me choco mousse for free.thanks nando you made my day

Of the items ordered, they managed to get 35% wrong, took an hour for our takeaway order to be prepared, and the quantity was ridiculous! We ordered the PAELLA GRANDE as one of the meals, and the box was less than half loaded.
Tried to call their hotline to give feedback, still waiting for a call back after a few days.

Love waiting 15 minutes extra for a salad that’s entirely rotten and have an order basically thrown at my sister after we asked how long on her order when we could see her food just sitting there for 5 minutes

I bought a whole chicken, peri- peri chips, & spicy rice
I specially requested extra extra hot and little longer cook of the chicken however I received an undercooked chicken and not even mild hot flavoured, also the spicy rice was well undercooked as well, very disappointed, I think they are new management, I wont go back again

Wow.what has happened this store sux. Service rude and not helpful. If you are doing takeaway, you must scan a code and order your own food. Is this what Nandos has become.a trashy takeout that's overpriced.

I ordered 12 ribs and the receipt on the bag said ribs but received 12 wings instead, this has happened 3 times in the last 2 years. Please pick up your game because the food is otherwise delicious.

This store has gone to the dogs. I will never visit it again. Very sad service was terible.the store feels like a back street food stall now. It's totally horrible.

Nando's is a great unique feed. The chicken is always succulent and spicy, the consistency is good and the peri peri fries are to die for. It's a shame they appear to be closing all their locations.

Usually a great experience. Today we went, no clean tables & clearly understaffed.
Waited at register for approx 5 mins before being told to find a table and just order online.
Ended up leaving without ordering due to waiting and lack of service or clean tables

All in all this Nando’s ranks the worst of all the ones I have visited for the following reasons:

1) Dished out the wrong order that delayed us as we had a competition commitment and had to get back soon. Asked for a veggie burger and received a veggie wrap
2) The burger pattie was cold. I don’t know how hard it is to get this right.
3) The staff professionalism was lacking.

What can be done? - Staff training with respect to food training and etiquette.

I’m giving it a one star because this place was below par in all areas.

Slow service, cold food and dirty looks from staff. If you bring out an order 55 minutes late, perhaps say sorry the food is late instead of dumping the burger on the table and giving us a dirty look.

Nando's IMHO has slowly gone downhill over a number of years now.

Won't be going back anytime soon.

Worst service ever.there is always ridiculous amount of wait time on order.staff pretend to look busy taking orders but bearly fullfilling them.

Visit Nandos restuarant many times before but tonight's visit my family experience an amazing service from a server name Kelsey. She was absolutely wonderful and made our dining experience memorable. She alone was looking after every table and always had a great energy about her. Must say Nando is very lucky to have her. I would hire anyday as she was so passionate about her job and it really does so.

Great experience! Was greeted warmly and order ws ready just as I arrived so perfect timing. Taste ws amazing as always.
