Nando's Braeside

Great location, offering delicious Food in a big Restaurant Setting, with plenty of Car Park, Friendly and fast Service.
Definitely a place that cant be missed.

Just picked up my order extra large chips and three quarters of chicken, only one was a quarter one of the pieces of chicken was the wing and the shoulder and a second piece just a bit more, I noticed the girl on the grill had a tray which she was eating pieces of chicken off, easy to see what was happening, brings new meaning to company theft.
Will be going there again this week and placing the same order and this time will be checking it with the manager before I leave and God help them if they try it again,

Phenomenal service, they added extra for us when they realise they made a small mistake on our order.

Would recommend coming here just based on service and hospitality alone.

Visited this nandos on way back home from bike ride. Seating outside was nice spacious. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was friendly. Great spot near braeside Park.

Food was really good. My only criticism was when I picked our food at the allocated time it was not as warm as it could be. Maybe a SMS to get us know when ready.

I have been here for about 7-10 times, but I have never seen receiving the order with 15minutes of ordering the food. I am sure that this is the only branch out of all my visits to the Nando’s that hold the order for too long.

I have to say went past one night after work as they were closing, and its lovely to see that there still is humans in this tuff world we are living in that still have a massive heart and great service thank you and I will be back.

Wonderful customer service, very yummy food (juicy chicken and not dry at all). Pleasant staff, who actually listen to special requests for extra basting, condiments.etc. I have been to many Nando’s but this one is the best by far. Would 100% recommend. Clean restaurant and COVID policies followed. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Quick service, lovely outdoor dining area. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. I had the superfood salad with chicken tenders which was crunchy fresh vegetables, quinoa, feta and avocado with dressing on the side, it was fantastic!

I called up in regards of a discount to be used on my Uber eats and some worker named Alex spoke in an unfair manner I have now been put off from this nandos store and would rather drive the distance to another store.

It took 10 minutes to order through the app only to be told there was an error! So I call the store to place my order only to be told they were too busy to answer the phone. Your customer service sucks Nandos!

Ran out of ingredients to make the chicken, avocado and bacon salad at 6: 30pm on a Friday night but have enough ingredients in store to make a chicken, avocado and bacon burger.love that.

To add fuel to the situation, the burger was on a stale bun, served with the wong ingredients and when I tried to contact the store no one answered the phone.

Although it's oddly located (next to a gas station and opposite a driving range / mind golf), this Nando's has plumper chicken and crispier chips compared to other nearby franchises. Will return to see if standards remain the same.

Beautiful big clean restaurant. Staff and management staff are friendly. The food is cooked well and tastes very fresh.

Worst Nando's i have ever tasted. Dry and hard chicken. The taste was absolutely bad. I am giving them one star because of their good service. Otherwise would have given in minus.
